Useless No one really knows this, but I love to read, listen to, and otherwise obtain useless information. For all of you who also like useless FACTS…here are some that I either figured out on my own, or heard from a reliable source.

Show stuff This was a much better week than I had expected. I got lots of work done on my apartment, I squashed heat with the only person (that I know of) that I had heat with, and the show went pretty good. The sound equipment all seemed to work, I along with the help of one of my best friends and my neighbor did a lot of work to fix the problems we have been having with it. Unfortunately, his week was not as good as mine was. His family has been having many medical problems, both young and old members….Their family lost a baby, and they had someone have a stroke. I cannot go more into that without breaking KAYFABE, so I will not. The show this week went good as I already said. I was impressed with several people’s work and here is my opinion on a few things. This might make a couple people mad, but who cares. Dez’ work this week looked really good, if we had commentary during his matches that would help him a lot to get over. I wish he’s do that friggin senton sometime, it is the best one out there. I was impressed with D-bizzle and Brian Lawless’ match both of these guys have come a long way recently. I’d like to get Brian up here sometime for a little extra ring work. D-Bizzle looks like he has been putting on some muscle too. Lot’s of people give him shit, but he is actually not that bad in the ring. Maverick and Joey Moore vs. Loco and me, it went just like I had visioned in my mind, maybe a little short and Joey could have had a little more heat…but, what can you do? Cooter looked like Eugene Dinsmore, I missed his and Spazz’ match,… Strangler vs. Noble was good that was the best Tibetan Spike I have ever seen. Ricky VS. Johnny was good. The crowd loves Ricky but they were not that against John…I think we will fix that with John’s unbreakable hold The ending was great…some people said we were getting predictable…well we surprised the shit out of everyone! Wanna know what happened? See for yourself at WWW.AWASUPREME.COM Missed Noble and SWV’s match Now to make someone mad first of Hendog don’t try to get booked places until you have real training, we would offer you training here if you were here to train. Since you are not look into some creditable promotions in your area….if you cannot find one I can find one for you. Really, it isn’t his fault; he thought he was further in his training. His Trainer however has “trained” him for 6 months and he can’t do a simple hiptoss or armdrag yet. He’s a good guy and respectful so I don’t want people shooting on him. I just want him to understand how bad he would have put himself and us in danger working with the training he has had. Aint got no subject Two updates in one day!
MLB 2006 The Show is the best video game ever. I got it the day it came out, and played the hell out of it til I was bored (playing Franchise mode, which is real detailed and you control everything from trading player to pricing hot dogs) Then I put it away and later got it out again and just played so I could “unlock” hidden things like legends, then I put it away and recently started playing Career mode (due to the advice of Chris Blayze along time ago) I like it too.
Anyway enough about that…using a plate load Lat Machine I was able to do 200 pound lat pulls for a full set of 10 today. I feel stronger everyday! living in a friggin gym does have it’s upsides!
However it was 43 degrees outside last night making it about 39 in here…so it has it’s downside as well.
A doorbell has been installed, new locks will be put on this week and the landlord can finally get his key. I am excited about this couch I found for an outstanding price. I have a new home number if you have my old number call me and get the new one so you can help me save minutes on my cell phone.
Well I gotta go eat…hamburgers are good!

random ramblings A few stats…
At my best I weighed 198 pounds at 5.3% body fat Before I was sick a couple weeks ago, I weighed 183 at 8.5% body fat Today I am 189 pounds at 6.1% Today I put 255 on the bench and was able to lift it three times, no spotter. At my best I was doing 330 The first workout after I was sick I struggled with 155.
(Enter Kayfabed name here) first workout with me he struggled with 115 The other day I saw him bench 205.
I used to eat 300 grams of protein per day and around 5000 calories, now I just eat as much as I can.
I always thought pop was holding back on gaining good weight, but I am drinking a lot of pop now and making good gains, I guess if my gains slow down I will stop drinking and see how that goes.
I need use of a truck tomorrow at 2:00 maybe SWV can help if I buy his gas and lunch…it may involve a little heavy lifting though.
Does anyone read this? I am going to try to update this thing at least once every other day no matter how much or how little I have to say.
I am going to try and post them on both My Space and Live Journal, however I think Live Journal is much better as far as the journal portion of My Space goes.
Ok…Leave me some comments!
The Maverick Draven match ended up being the TV Main Event this week so if anyone gets the chance to watch it record it for me!
Shout outs?
Nah, not today!

How long has it been? Man it has been a while since I updated this thing. Being sick a few weeks ago cost me about 16 pounds, but with a new and dedicated workout partner it is coming back. I decided it was time for me to take the booking back, Biff did great and still will have a lot of say in what goes on, but I am actually not going to be wrestling for a while. Super-beast is the Supreme champion now, besides the fact that he beat me, I couldn’t be prouder of the guy. I am looking to get Mr. Self-promotion here more, I see talent in this guy…I also have big plans for a certain big guy who is injured at the moment. I wanna do some things with Spazz and Biff but I aint sure if we can work it in. Also some plans for Maverick that will make some good TV!
It sucks we are losing one of our top heels, but OVW will help him out a lot.
A big Shout out to Jack Black, I hope your back gets better soon!
Ricky Morton and Greg Valentine will be here in the near future, Ricky will be doing a seminar on Tag-team wrestling and who better to learn from the him?
That’s all I got today | | Thursday, August 10th, 2006 | | 5:43 pm |
Sleep sometimes it is hard to fall asleep. I sometimes go days where I don't get more than an hour a day of sleep...but then sometimes I sleep all day long or even what seems like 2 days at a time. I had several things I needed to do today but instead I slept all day.
BW3...conrats on makeing your family even bigger....give me a call if you have time.
Billy Maverick...it sucks you won't be in Madison this week but maybe next week...work sucks SWV...I may have just been hired to work your old job at the gym
Superbeast...finally someone has taken a picture of you that does some justice to your size, if I could get this computer to open it I will send it to our webmaster.
Jack Black and Vito... I wish I could have seen that battle royal....was it as brutal as Vito vs the Iowa boys? | | Saturday, July 29th, 2006 | | 1:18 pm |
I really didn't want to do this.... It really p1sses me off when you give a MARK a chance and he shits on you.... It really p1sses me off when you try to teach a new comer to the business thing that you have learned over 14 YEARS and he talks shit... It really p1sses me off when you call me kissing my ass and the run your mouth behind my back.... who am I talking about?....FAT ERIC I was talking to a few workers from AWA-SCW and it seems that Phat Eric feels he was miss used in SCW. That he was a puppet and that he only did what I wanted him to do...well that's all you're supposed to do. During the time you were here how many times did I have that same talk to you about the things you were doing that you weren't supposed to do? You NEVER stopped, so evidently my puppet wasn't working correctly anyway. I never MADE you do anything you didn't agree to do, for all those that he has told otherwise, well it just isn't true. Everything that ever involved him was ran by him just like anyone else except with more detail and assuring him it will work out ok. When you didn't show up that was enough for me to decide you didn't work here, but when you called the FANS of SCW to say you were sorry for missing but you couldn't call me that was the bottom line. YOU DID HAVE MY NUMBER, you have called me thousands of times, if you really did lose it, it is on the website. You were at CCW's training that same Saturday all those guys have my number. It was my choice to stop using you, not Biff's and NOT YOURS. You told me you were wanting to come back in a couple weeks, so stop lying to people and telling them that YOU quit, make no mistake, you were FIRED! I am ready! I have been broke now for a long time! Now I see some light finally, I have been talking to a couple friends that in the past have been able to help me get some well paid bookings and this looks promising to say the least! Also a couple of prospective trainees have come to me this week and they have something most of the others didn't....A JOB! so maybe these will come through for us. I aint gunna talk more about this right now but I have good news for SWV and Ruckus, but it's only good if they can both be in Madison this week and the 5th! Booker man and I came up with some ideas latley that will be absolutly SHOCKING to the the world of SCW...getting predictable....not anymore, daddy! This stuff is pure gold! Anyone have a dresser they don't want? I need one. This week I have like a million hours on my paycheck and I have so many things I need I bet it is all spent already....we won't be at the SCW arena Wendsday again this week, but will return to regular training days next week...This week, I have a friend that has a pass at Kentucky Kingdom and Wendsday they get a friend in free and I am that friend! I love roller-coasters! I think I am getting an ear infection....I hate that! Current Mood: blank | | Monday, July 24th, 2006 | | 7:19 pm |
Wasted June 18th 1992 Worked my first show and the promoter and all the guys kept telling me how many big things I should expect in my career. 1993 wrestled in USWA same story, later ECW same story, and OVW same thing... Now I often wonder why I still do it. It seems like I have stuck myself in a "safe match" and stayed there since the shoulder injury. Some of it was because of influence from other people, some was laziness...I think. How can a guy have an IQ of 169 body fat of 7.5% be stuck in a job that earns $6.50 an hour? How can a guy that was doing moonsauts and balcony dives when they were uncommon in wrestling and at the age of 14 be just wasting away doing the same old tired routine? How can a guy who before his 20th birthday wrestled in 47 states be stuck doing what is easy? How can a guy that drives as well as me (29 and never been in a wreck) be stuck riding a fucking moped? How can a guy that in 9th grade broke the High School record for fastest mile run EVER without really pushing himself be sitting around with $0.23 in his pocket? The answer is that 169 IQ means nothing when you start out broke and you do what it takes to get by, even if they were bad "choices" (dropping out of school)...which wasn't really choice... Injuries played a big part I guess, but for the most part I just wasted the attributes that a lot of people WISH they had! Just as I have wasted most of my time waiting for things. Eric Draven will not play safe anymore! Current Mood: depressed | | Wednesday, July 19th, 2006 | | 10:06 am |
A real update...maybe I have so much I want to talk about, so much that if this were a real journal rather than a live journal that I would write. I think it best that I don't talk about that kinda of stuff here. There are some big changes going on right now in my life and some (in the long run) are for the good, some aren't so good. Well I guess it really isn't time for a real update.... | | Friday, July 14th, 2006 | | 3:49 pm |

Hey you S.O.B I am F'n updating my GD journal...Biatch * TV Three weeks…. it has been three weeks since SCW has aired on local TV, this week will be the absolute last week we have this problem. Anyone who wants tapes of their matches from now on bring a tape and you can record your match. There will be a VCR hooked up in the dressing room to record your matches on. I am leaving it up to you people to share, and not fight over it. It is simple to do, pop your tape in, hit record just before you go to the ring, when you get back take yours out and someone else can put one in. If the VCR gets broken or stolen or whatever I won’t be bringing in another one, so be careful. * Kliff Hanger Well I haven’t updated since the “riot” I will only talk about that a little here. I said after the show a few things directed at Kliff Hanger, all things, which I said to him personally, too so don’t anyone try and get something started here. Well anyway, the main problem was not actually Kliff so much. A couple guys pointed out their respected opinions and it happens that they in fact saw things better than I did. Kliff will in fact be back in SCW…. not this week though…I think. * Kayfabe Kayfabe has been really damaged, not by the journal and not 100% by the workers, but by some workers friends and families. This week for instance I twice over heard what’s happening being discussed by fans. If you as a worker know inside information DO NOT SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH YOUR WIFE, YOUR KIDS, YOUR MOM, YOUR SISTER, YOUR RING RAT, OR ANYONE ELSE. * Sells I was happy with Aaron Extreme’s match however I thought that a powerbomb hurt more than they do apparently because I would think that if someone outweighing me by 81 pounds powerbombed me it’d take more than 20 minutes before I could be standing in front of the heel door talking to my girl-friend. (Not saying I have a girl-friend just saying…well you get it…. or you should) * Unhappy people I was talking to a few workers a few marks and a few refs about things. Also on other occasions I have talked to other workers by themselves through emails, in person, and over the phone. It seems that lately a lot of people are unhappy in SCW; please people understand you have to have bad times to have good times. I am now aware of some of the problem and have already addressed it in private and it will not appear here…. at all. It I think was just a minor thing that needed “tweaked” I understand both sides of the problem and it should all be better now. We do have a big roster, but we don’t want anyone to leave, we appreciate the work and respect the workers, all of them. *AWA-World Champion It is my goal to have Rick Converse here in August or September. I have narrowed it down to two possible opponents for him. Most people will agree on at least one or the other as a good person to represent us, some won’t agree, but until you put up the money to book him it is my choice. I will talk to a few people and see their opinions on which of the two it should be and when I know, it will be posted. *Barricade The guardrail is there NOT to protect us wrestlers from the crowd, but to protect the crowd from us. IF A FAN CROSSES THAT RAIL, THEY ARE TO BE THROWN OUT OF THE BUILDING ASAP! IF IT IS A LITTLE KID OR A MOTHER CHASING HER LITTLE KID THAT’S DIFFERENT BUT FROM THIS DAY FORWARD ANY FAN OR “SMARK” THAT CROSSES THAT RAIL TO COME AT A WRESTLER IS TO BE THROWN OUT. *Language I was told that Kliff or JB had called a fan a bitch, I don’t condone that, at all, but if you are a fan and you call wrestlers names, they will call you names. If that makes you mad, just watch and don’t call names. If you can take being called names yell and scream all you want. I heard Kliff say the F word; he won’t do again, that’s over. Fans cuss, they buy tickets so they can, as a worker if you want to cuss, buy a ticket sit in the crowd, and cuss. Otherwise be a good example, and don’t cuss. Roger Blade Roger Blade is and always has been a friend of mine. I will be the first to admit sometimes we don’t agree on the way a few things should be done, but in the past 9 years we still do what the other one ask, depending on who’s show it is. Yes, it was partially my decision to strip him of the TV title. I was influenced by others a slight bit but I agree that it was the best step for what is coming up. The choice wasn’t just between the booker and I, several others offered their input.
Roger is one of the originals in SCW; besides myself of course Roger is the only one that has been with SCW since day one, non-stop. He is right in that this is the first no call no show, but we gave the speech maybe that makes Roger look like an example, if so, then so be it. These rules apply to everyone. If Roger is expected to obey then so is everyone else. I am sure Roger is ok with that.
Comments on the SCW message board some were deleted some were not about his wrestling skills. He isn’t nor does he claim to claim to be a “high flyer”. He doesn’t look like a fighter or a bodybuilder. But he does have about 10 or 11 years experience. He has wrestled Perry Saturn, Sabu, and about half the current WWE roster. No one ever looks at what he does and says “THAT LOOKED FAKE” sure he mostly chains but if we all did moonsauts and plancha’s then those would be boring too. Roger understands old school wrestling. Along with the F&F and myself (and a few others) Roger is one of few around these days that can do a real tag match with the false tag or hot tag done RIGHT (bump & feed)
Most of the younger guys have no clue what a false tag is, I know this because I seen it blown just a couple weeks ago….
Roger does question the descion to put people over or under sometimes, but he doesn’t argue it he just ask why so he can see where we are going. I have seen him try to explain simple matches to younger guys and the ones that listen and try to learn like Dez improve from it right away. Guys that don’t listen…well those are the guys that can’t even get a try out at CCW from what I hear.
I have been in the ring with Roger and what he does, he does well. Doesn’t get stiff unless it is called for. In my 14 years of wrestling some of my best matches have been against Roger.
This isn’t saying that I don’t understand where people are coming from with what they have said. I do think Ricky will make an excellent TV champion too. I am just saying that some people don’t know all the facts and this is just some of them I don’t have room to talk about in detail all the help Roger has giving in booking and keeping buildings, getting back into wrestling after coming home from ECW, and after the shoulder. The help with getting out of the house while on house arrest, the help wiring things, the help making gimmicks work and belts look good, last minute problem solving and booking fill in workers at a moments notice.

STS, Blood Bath, Stolen Phone...
Surviving the steel was a big hit in Madison. I guess I missed some back stage drama but only minor stuff I believe. Spazz and I had a great match I think, I also think STS itself went good. The only problem I had with my match was slipping when I went to the cage top... guess Blayze had the same problem. Also I bled s-o-o-o much that I could barely see. It was a great end to a great feud. I think in STS the only flaw I saw was that the Strangler was undersold by someone, it would have been a lot better when Royale slammed him had it went the way envisioned it. The crowd was HOT all night in more than way. First of all it was damn near a million degrees, second they were into everything... even the drunken guy was. We had so many fans we had to move the announcer cam, we didn't have room for the Live Cam and we had to open the bay door and seat them in the lot. Everyone that stuck around for the pay day, got taken care of, it was so hot that I sent someone to the store as we were running out of water and had the security guys take some to the back and make sure everyone got some water too. I think we made up some of the money we were behind on in bills from the past week that was a low crowd. The refs, Paul and Fonda did their jobs well. It was nice to see Damien was still able to have some fun even though he couldn't wrestle. Big shout out to every one that was on the show! Now to rewind to Friday... I was at work and this kid (well he was probably 20) stole the Sidekick from me. For those don't know I don't have the internet at home right now I use a cell phone to get on line, the sidekick is that phone. Well I got it back Saturday morning because I knew who did it. Thanks to that kid I won't be taking the Sidekick to work anymore. Nacho Libre: I saw the movie and I personally thought it was just decent...it had funny parts but that's it. I noticed this week that Superbeast's arms are as big around as my waist... maybe I should gain weight before our match. Today I got a DVD set "the best of Jerry Lawler" this is some great stuff! Hopefully the website domain will be taken care of this week, if not go to http://scwsuperstars.tripod.com instead. I think I covered everything... if not, I will some other time... or not. | | Wednesday, June 14th, 2006 | | 4:29 pm |

One would think that OIL based paint would repel water. One would think that indoor/outdoor paint would repel water. One would think that floor and basement paint would repel water. One would...well this one doesn't really matter....think that if a paint was named after a boat it would repel water. Well I found out today that Oil based indoor/outdoor floor and basement battleship grey paint does not repel water. When it gets wet it simply peels up. Other than actually sticking to the floor it is good paint....I guess.
STS 3 is this week, after this week no one can say they have been in every STS.
After this week I will have a new person trying to take my belt.
Hanover cops play chase and throw smoke bombs at each other out their car windows at night. That seems like a better job than the one I have.
I need to get a workout partner; I am maintaining strength good but losing size because I am only motivated to workout about 2 days a week.
I really have nothing to say so I am done for now.

Awards
I was looking through an old PWI year end review magazine and the awards made me think some about SCW guys. So I decided to make a list of not so official awards just based on right now. We will have year end awards this year... when the year ends....but for now my not so official "mark awards" I will list the top guy, my opinion as I think they are received by fans, then the next two or three will be in no certain order.
Most Popular: BW3; Spazz is a close second also Maverick and Royale really high here.
Rookie of the year hands down: The Tibetan Strangler!
Manager of the year Stacy Starr followed by Mickey O'Dell and much further followed by Tim the Baker.
Inspirational wrestler of year... Really I can't say anyone inspired me, there was no big comeback from injuries or anything... maybe Karma for beating up guys... I guess
Most Hated wrestler... this one changes often after last week I say it's me! Eric Draven followed by Apollo, SWV, and Chris Blayze.
Tag team: Knights of the Squared Circle, followed by HNIC.
Wrestler of the year: I can't really decide here, I mean so many have done so much, I am the champion so I could be the choice, or Blayze cause he did so much while he was, or Spazz, or Royale, or Biff... this one's too close so far!
Comeback of the year....Mason the Mangler followed by Billy Maverick also I guess HNIC could be on here.
Most improved... Plowboy Portman followed by T-Dogg.
Now on to the show recap...
The crowd was down...maybe Ribberfest is to blame?
The whole show went good so I though, not smooth, but good. Electrical problems and cameras falling just to mention a couple problems that will be worked on this week. The lighting also will be fixed! The floor being painted made a world of difference I thought.
A couple matches looked real good, Vito and Prophet looked good against each other as always! There were a couple matches that had ups and downs but still came out ok.
Me and Ruckus vs. Spazz and Blade went well until the very end I wasn't happy with a couple things that happened...they were small relatively unimportant things but I made a big deal out them because it took away from what I/we were trying to achieve.
Next week STS 3 if you think Eric Draven was an asshole this week... you ain’t seen nothing yet!
Shout outs....
Spazz, Ricky, and Roger proving that simple in ring logic and old school heel tag tricks can still make a good main event... without one high spot.
Matt... I have always wanted to pile-drive a ref... glad it could be you!
Steve... it was nice to see you guys again.
Biff… where the top 10?
Paul, maybe you should get your wife to make a top 10... bet I'd be #1 most hated there!
Maverick, skip those other shows come home to Madison.
Damien Divine ideas for your return are already hitting me....I have 100000 scenarios!
Live Wire call me sometime.
Strattlin did a great job as ATL security! |
