Okay, here's the haps. (haha, whatever). Got an e-mail from my mum this morning, she's coming to Brissie this winter (our winter, her summer). My mum makes like...no money (6 years at a job and takehome $500 a week, f**kers), so I've offered to split her flight cost with her. So, she'll cover half hers, and my brother will cover half his, and his dad will cover half of his as well. So, brother is coming out (omgomgomg) and Mum too (omgomgomg) and I can't contain my squee!

So, just touching out here, see what you guys think. Half the ticket isn't so bad, but I'm also sacing for my flights to the US for FC in Jan of 09, so savinsg are tight, but we'll get there. I want to run icon commissions to raise money, so who'd be interested in helping out for a good cause? I'm going to finish ALL overdue badges and icons this next week, and then put up commissions for icons again.

So, because it's for fundraising, should I drop the price on icons? $8 an icon for the fundraising stuff, 2 icons for $15? All prices in USD, payment straight to paypal (or bank deposit if people are in AU).

Also, payment would be at sketch/ink stage, not until then, to make sure people feel secure that they'll be done in good time. =)

Whatcha think? Anyone want to pre-signup for icons; I'll do a list of 10 here that I'll take 2 at a time to start? I'll be offering 5-6 a week, and more if I finish them fast, each monday. I can do badges instead if people want.
