I've come to the realization that I never write in this journal, I need a new icon (I no longer work with mouse cells), and that perhaps I should write in this journal more instead of trolling the scientists community forums.

Fura 2-AM one of the Calcium detection dyes that really gets me...
We work with it currently at my job, and there is really no specific loading protocol for the types of cells we are working with (Mouse L929 fibroblasts), so we do what we always do, and adapt existing protocols to suit our needs.
Well, we've adapted and adapted, and there's been no luck, except for one vial that did have the expected result (what makes us really think though is the oddity that that one vial was only split from all the other cells at the last part when we placed them in new vials before reading). |
