A few months ago my pea wrote a book called Merge, which actually became two books because the awesomeness was too much to contain in just one book. The first title ended up being called Converge and ended on a really, really good cliffhanger.

Wait no longer! The second part came out yesterday and is called Merge. Both titles are available for a discount, yay!

Anyone have any information on the release date of the enV2? All I can find is that it's supposed to be in April or May, and when I called the oh so helpful Verizon store, the dude said they don't give release dates, they give release *quarters*. A couple of years ago I wrote a little story for Torquere Press' Birthstone line. I was asked if I wanted to renew the contract on it and make it a Single Shot Classic, so I said sure and last night it became available!

It's really a sweet little story, and probably the only time I will EVER delve into fantasy. And I still think it's more contemporary than fantasy, but you can judge for yourselves. :)) Here's a little snip:

Wow, it's been over a month since I've posted any kind of real content. This school year has been very.... challenging, shall we say? Yeah. Let's call it challenging. In the way that I'm falling down tired every night and absolutely miserable in the mornings. Plus, it's parent conference week, so I'm almost dizzy. Then again, I suppose I'm grateful to have a job, judging from the horrid financial state of affairs that education has become.

There's been drama here and there, I've noticed. In my livejournal life, in my publishing life, in my real life. Some good and some bad. I've met a few deadlines and am working on others. I have plans to co-write a couple of things. I have visitors coming. I'm going on vacation, twice. It's almost spring. These things are good. I want to be less tired so I can be happy about the good, but that will happen in April, probably.

My puppy disapproves.
