So, when I woke up today, I had two messages, one from Steph saying that she had really important news, and then one from Karen (subway) saying she had news about Bill's mom. These are both girls from Salem (hometown) and Bill is one of my best friends from home, and has been more then a friend over the years. Well, Mrs. A. died in a car accident yesterday morning. She wasn't just Bill's mom though, she was also the Spanish teacher and drama club coach when I went to school, and everyone loved her. She was a hardcore single mom and she kicked ass. Bill is who he is because of her. I am so fucking worried about him right now.

I know I bash my town a lot, but one of the good things about it is that, I mean, I was instantly called by two people with the news, and another while I was in class. Everyone in town knows that I am close to Bill and my friends instantly called me.

I had to call Dina and tell her, and I just couldnt stop crying, because she and I both had Mrs. A for Drama and Dina is a friend of Bill's too.

so, yeah, there's that. i should be going to the funeral, especially when i hear the day it will be on.

it shows a lot about a teacher, when students from five and six years ago are extremely affected by bad shit like this. Dina and I sometimes go home and visit the teachers at school, and always Mrs. A was included.

If I do end up being a teacher, I hope I'll have students like that.
