Mai had a pretty good birthday, we didn't do anything fancy, but she did get to see just about everyone! I'm glad to be home. I really like our place :P

Mai turns two today :)

Mai is still learning that food goes in mouths. It's adorable when she does try to eat, she'll put food in her mouth and just hold it there while smiling real big. She's so ridiculously into dinosaurs right now, she can even tell you what dinosaurs eat meat, the ones that eat trees but all of them nurse, and use the potty or so she believes... we are a little over a week from the 2yr mark and haven't experienced a tantrum as of yet, I wonder if this is why I want another baby so bad :P She's so happy and easy going, I feel like the luckiest parent ever. Robert and I have been talking about a permanent trip to Toronto. We're still researching our options, but we're both pretty positive we want to leave FL. I can't believe my baby is almost 2. wow.

We had Mai's oral evaluation yesterday. She was diagnosed with a feeding disorder, it'll still be a while before she gets the hang of chewing/swallowing anything but breastmilk.. but at least now we know why!

We just got in from Stuart, I'm so sick of driving ugh! Mai is going back to oral motor therapy, several times a week..it's a 50 mile round trip. We've got her evaluation coming up, I really hope we can figure out what's going on. In good news, she has been trying EVERYTHING we eat! She'll stick food in her mouth and chew on it a bit, she just doesn't get the swallowing thing :/
Anyways, things are looking better in the Mai eating department, and the milk making dept. I've managed to get my supply back up to incredible heights, I have been so busy lately I don't even know what to do. I miss sitting home all day :(

Mai just bit a huge hole in my nipple, it's incredibly painful. :(

I haven't undated in a while. Mai is doing great, she's still about as easy going as they come, still not eating any solid foods..She's speaking quite a bit of German now. She plays the harmonica better than I do!
Robert's working in an attorneys office during the week and deejaying on weekends.
I have been cooking and cleaning, teaching Mai German..sewing, playing magic, making milk, same old. I having some issues keeping my weight up, otherwise we're all healthy :)

Surgery went great, Mai survived a whole 30 minutes without me. :)

I'm sick, Mai has molars coming in, I have wisdom teeth that need to come out, Roberts off all week. As much as I love hanging around the house naked playing magic the gathering precariously on the couch, things need to start looking up. Robert got a second job DJing on weekends. My teeth hurt ):

I just walked in on Mai (on the potty) counting to three in german all by herself. so proud.

Internet is back!! Mai had her first dentist appointment! All is perfect, as expected with a kid who loves to brush her teeth 5-10x a day :P Our pediatric dentist is awesome! He's the first person to think it was amazing (in a good way) that Mai hasn't started solids yet! The group also discourages the use of fluoride in healthy children. We've been really busy traveling etc. it's nice to be back home for a bit. We're about 85% moved now..I can not wait for it to be done. Mai is huge she's 26lbs now, I'm not sure how that happened! She's easily saying over 100 words in English and about 20 in German, she can count to 10 and she's starting to build sentences!! I'm so proud of my work paying off! I swear I have the sweetest little kid, I finally got past expecting her to start having tantrums, I don't think we're ever going to.. It's sad, but funny at the same time, but because I look so young, I get these angry stares from old woman, "but you're just a baby yourself!" when in fact my daughter is such a wonderfully raised child! I love that I had her young! We spend day after day together and I've yet to get bored playing silly little games or teaching her new things. I couldn't imagine I 'd relate as well at an older age. Not too much going on over here, our internet connection is not too reliable, we're working on that ;) Robert is back. I've been playing a lot of TD games.. I had a dream I disemboweled a guy for not letting me pump :/ That kind of sucked. I came across a mass of (awesome)d6-12-20s, since I have been itching to get a decent ad&d game going. Anyone want to come over and play? Mai isn't the best dm.. oh yeah, she got a guinea pig ( wheat wheat wheaat )

Tonight is my first night away from Robert in four years, he probably won't be back until next week. Someone convince me it's not a good idea to buy plane tickets and travel at 9pm..

I really can't believe it, Mai is completely potty trained! How do I break my cloth diaper addiction? :/ Anyone need diapers? I have 3-400? We got Mai a beautiful doll house from plan toys today, it was listed on our local craigslist for ..$50 including all of the furniture and doll sets. I think I like it more than she does! I'll post lots of pictures later :)
Also, We're moving back to Hutchison island tomorrow!!
