*Why I do first come - first serve?*
For example, if A wants an item and left a comment first on my journal about it, I'll respond and wait for a reply. But while I'm waiting for a reply from A, B comes along and also wants to buy the same item. B offers to pay right away, then I will let the item go to B.
The reason I do this is because I got screwed over many times holding an item for someone / waiting for a reply, and that person never gets back to me, while other people are showing interest on the same item and are willing to pay right away.
Sorry, but I will not wait for a transaction that may or may not happen again. So whoever gets back to me first and pays will get the item.
