Though most of the dollfie people here probably already know about this, I'm still posting because I'm so thoroughly disgusted.

Seven of Volks' one-off dolls, collectively worth thousands of dollars, were stolen from the New York Dolpa convention room last night.

A news thread including photos of the stolen dolls has been posted over at Den of Angels. Mr. Shigeta, the president of Volks, has announced that if the dolls are safely returned they will not ask questions, and the dolls themselves will be donated to the Make-A-Wish foundation.

There are no words to express my revulsion for the bloated maggot-infested corpse that is human greed right now. I hope whoever did it rots in all nine circles of Dante's Inferno.
 

Ironic, I spend weeks longing for things to slow down at work. Then the blessed day of no class arrives... and I'm bored out of my skull.

Longest single slab of Akame fiction to date ^_^. I still feel a bit shaky writing in first person, so any constructive crit is very much welcomed.

Was reformatting the headers for some of my old Moffson fics here, figured I'd see how the 'Phonetic' and MH Tapes sites were doing. Lo and behold (unsurprisingly), the dust has got into the circuits and our host site is all but dead. So I've uploaded both sites to the space I still have at hf.c, despite having left hanfic behind more than four years ago. Personally I'm amazed hf.c is still up, and shock of all horrors, one or two of the hosted sites are actually being updated! Here's to fic graveyards!
