I am really sad about the Water Emergency.
It totally bums me out.
We are conserving as much as we can.
Eric and I are like 2 ladies donating our silk stockings for the war efforts....( or something)... cuz we're trying EXTRA hard to save water. It's been difficult with the hot weather though.

I am really enjoying the warmer weather. I do love sunshine and the warm breeze and not having to feel frozen when I walk nigel late at night.

we are lucky and live on the first floor and it hasn't gotten unbearably hot.

I had a really amazingly fun weekend.

Danielle came to hang out on saturday and brought over tons of fancypants catering--bread and cheese and all sortsa fancymadness leftover from the school of public health graduation reception. I was totes in a cheesecoma for hours.

I got lots and lots of quality time outdoors with nigel and I finally FINALLY got a moped, like I've been wanting. yaaaaay.

Also I found out that my friend Jeanette will be moving back to berkeley sooner than I had thought. She will be here in june! that is very exciting.

also very exciting: the thought of starting school again.

ho-hums tomorrow is the beginning of another booooring work week.
sunday nite blues are hard to deal with but my awesome weekend will make up for it.
