Pathetic Sight Of “Add Me” Community
Wow, sorry for being a pessimist, but
__addme has to be the stupidest community I’ve ever seen.
First off, I’m not being sexist at all, but there are only girls active in that community whatsoever. In the twenty latest posts not one is done by a male, all by females. Not only that, but they can’t capitalize for anything! Almost every single girl that’s posted doesn’t use capitals. That’s the one reason I wouldn’t want them to be on my friend’s list, because they can’t type correctly for squat.
In a note of random humor, that sentence up there--“not one is done by a male, all by females”--Word doesn’t seem to like it, because it suggests this instead:
“--posts a male, all by females, does not one.”
Yeah, that’s pretty random if you ask me. So am I, so I can’t talk, heh, but continuing with my rant on this stupid community.
I’m being kind of mean here, but this girl’s trying to be cool by talking in third person; not working for me. Then we have this incredibly remedial person, who promoted a community when the most obvious rule is stated in the user info. She should be banned, for sure. This chick just grosses me out, to measures I don’t even want to speak of; Edit: she just deleted the entry, probably realizing my comment was truthful, score! Moreover, this Chelsea girl is probably the reason I started this rant-post. I mean, she uses no capitals for her sentences yet she says she “dislikes incorrect grammar.” Well, what are you doing there?
I think I’m just going to leave the community, only because I don’t think I’d want to add a girl user who doesn’t give any type of logic in her comments, just, “ooh, that’s cool!” I’d prefer people like
glowing_dragon,
shameinyou, or
lazeesod, who can give reasonable arguments when necessary, are mature, and who I know can be trusted with crucial information. Besides, I have all the users I need on my friends list right now. Why venture out for new users when your true friends (even online) are already in your midst?

[Typed up in Microsoft Word, just because I’m in love with the “Times New Roman” font. I’m thinking of changing my LJ’s default font to that, so stay tuned, I’m probably going to make some major changes come June 2005.]
