So... we have no heating again.

This afternoon I walked into the kitchen and instantly smelled gas. Oh odd, it seemed to go away after I'd been in there a while, but nevertheless, I kept checking and checking and checking for what had to of been 10 minutes and each time I smelled gas in there.
My dad was on the phone to someone he works with during this time and was taking an awfully long time to finish the conversation so I had to tell him there and then what I could smell.
After he FINALLY got off the phone, he went into the kitchen and sure enough I wasn't imagining it, he could smell it too.
He checked and fiddled and dawdled around before finally switching the gas off and we decided to leave it there, go shopping and see what we could smell when we came back.
We came back and there was no gas smell. Dad lit the heating again and whoooo gas smell again.

So we have a gas leak...wonderful.

The annoying thing is... my dad was acting like he would of been happier if I had never noticed the smell and had never told him, rather than saying it was good that I noticed it or y'know SOME SORT of gratitude or even relief that our house was prevented from y'know... blowing up.

Blah .__.

EDIT: it appears my dad has fixed the gas leak. Seems a cable thing got loose somewhere and it was leaking gas out from it. My dad has tightened it and it appears to be leaking no more.
Though he did break something ELSE in there while trying to fix that. Luckily it's nothing major, just makes things a bit more inconvenient if the little flame in our heating system goes out :|

NEW YU-GI-OH! 5D'S OPENING AND ENDING! They're made of complete awesomesause seriously.

I ordered the new 5D's opening song on CDJapan since it comes out on the 22nd :3 So I should be getting that and the Sound Duel together!

Talking of 5D's I'm trying to get all the HQ subs so far :< I'm glad they've been downloading fast XD


In other news: Our heating FINALLY WORKS AGAIN. A guy came around to fix it this morning. Oh and also Skymin is already making friends with the newest addition of my plushie collection which came this morning~ I love it X3

orz, so work today was fine until I got some creepy old man to my checkout about two hours into my shift. He was the annoying type that was just completely nfull of himself and thought he was funny >>; Gwah, the first thing he did was hold out his hand to me (*After saying how lucky I was to have him come to my till, typical unfunny joke*) so I assumed he was holding his hand out as a gesture for me to shake his hand in greeting, you'd thing so right? That would of been fine, only he wasn't holding it out to SHAKE my hand, cos after I took his hand to shake it, he tried to kiss the back of my hand.
My mind was instantly "HELL NO!" so I snatched my hand from his before he could do anything and he was all "What's up with you?"
Er well, nothing, except you were... you know... invading my personal space and being creepy >>; Sorry old guy, but that kinda stuff just makes me instantly think creepy, it's no as flattering as you probably thought it was.
Then he spent the rest of the transaction saying how much he loved me >>; Again this was a joke, he didn't mean it (Hopefully) he could just tell it was getting to me so carried on. Then he proceeded to hassle the woman customer unloading her shopping behind them and was being creepy to her too ><

Don't come to my till ever again creepy old man kthanxbai.

At least I'm not back there until Friday now \o/ But I do have the charity shop tomorrow. I need to start working on getting there on time XD;

Gonna spend my free time doing crap all but playing Pokémon, drawing and RP-ing~ I want to test out this SAI paint tool program more. I have some sketches of the characters from the Diamond/Pearl/Platinum games all sketched out, so hopefully I'll work on that.

I really can't wait until the end of October so I can get my 5D's Sound Duel~~ X3 Also should be getting the two newest Pokémon box sets over this next month. Currently waiting on the Diamond & Pearl one, then I'll order the 2nd Battle Frontier one.

...Dad REALLY needs to get round to calling someone else to fix our heating since he got so annoyed with the other guy cos he never called back. It's getting kinda COLD.

Urgh, these past few days I've been feeling really super tired, with a really muzzy head. Been feeling rather stuffed up too, wouldn't be surprised if I was coming down with something 8U There's been colds and flu going arooound. Least I'm not at work tomorrow so I can sleep all day if I want 8D

I tried out that Wi-fi part of the battle tower yesterday. It's cool how you can download others teams and battle against them. Unfortuntly the biggest streak I got was defeating 3 out of 7 trainers XD Also one of the trainers had a shiny Steelix!!

Just doing some training with my shiny Tyranitar~ He's currently at LV 80 so not long to go until LV 100 :3 Heee~

Oh! I also managed to finish the Darkrai movie caps!! Will upload those with the season 6 caps eventually 8D

According to the date the first folder in the season 6 collection was created, it's apparently taken me almost 3 years to finish off capping ONE season of Pokémon.
I'm so lazy.

I'll upload all the pictures later in .zip files for download later~ Or at some point anyway...

Next stop: The Movies! Luckily some of those are already done and one needs re-doing because originally I re-sized the pictures way too small to how big I like the movie screenshots now.
But the first movie to be done will be "The Rise of Darkrai", since I'm kinda in the middle of doing that one already XD;

The Tokyopop MeGaReCon in Doncaster was AWESOME! :D Met some new people including another Pokémon fan who'd seen my Pokémon collection video on Youtube! We had fun throwing Pokémon impressions at each other. Only two other people (*Other than Tony*) took the photo of my rather last minute cosplay XD

Y'know my nose still hurts, Tony accidentally elbow'd me in the face earlier XD; Ooops, I was behind him and he didn't notice, but now all the top of my nose is sore, though it doesn't look sore... at the moment. I'm expecting a huge bruise to be honest, I'll be lucky if I don't get one, I bruise too easily :p

Oh and also... is the Utena movie SUPPOSED to make any sense at all? That was our anime showing for the day and... yeeeeaaah... most of us were laughing at it because it was... kinda bad. It made no real sense and there was a lot of un-needed nudity and... girl on girl kissing... and the slight hint of incest too @_@ And like... Utena turned into a CAR and just...
...I came out of there feeling like my head was going to implode @_@
I just couldn't take it seriously, I don't think anyone could XD;

So it looks like I'm doing my Togetic outfit tomorrow~ I managed to find some white trousers at work, the ONLY pair they had AND they're cut offs too, so no hassle with being too long!
It's gonna be awesome!

Oh I found a new chaining guide earlier, it was on the Serebii forums. It was talking about the patterns of the shakes and how certian patterns can break your chains. I've had tons of chains break lately, for seeingly no reason other than another Pokemon being in the farthest away spot, so I tried chaining Hoppip while avoiding these patterns (Which took ages) and I got really high... until I decided to do something stupid and ended up breaking it :< Might try Hoppip again tomorrow after the Mega Recon, only this time possibly on my Pearl game.
I want a shiny Hoppip damnit!

Other than that I've been training up my shiny Bellossom, Rally. Almost got him to LV 90 :D

So I managed to get new shoes today! YAY! My old trainers were getting a hole in them :< I've had them for god knows how many years so they've lasted well. My new ones are white with purple on them :3

I also bought some stuff for a very simple cosplay idea, there's only ONE item I couldn't get a hold of:
WHITE TROUSERS
Seriously, the shops I looked in either didn't have any white trousers, they did but they were too big or small, or weren't the type I wanted at all.
And the only ones that did fit were made out of a fabric which was a little... see-through :< The only other place I have left to try is work, so I'll take a walk down there tomorrow. I could use some more of their cheap t-shirts anyway :D

I also have a few crafty things to make for this outfit which are completely experimental, but guess we'll see how that works.

As for the outfit, it's a TOGETIC I'm trying to do XD Kind of a Gijinka one, all I need is one top with Togetic symbols on it (*Which I kinda already HAVE but the transfers are coming off :<*), white trousers, wings (*Which I'm planning to make out of card and tape white coloured elastic bands to them so they go around each of my arms... yeah experimental as I said XD*) and I may also make a white paper "crown" resembling the spikes on Togetics head... ooor if that looks crap, I'll just wear my Mokona hat.
IF I'm able to get this done for Saturday, it would be awesome, guess we'll see :o!!

Hooo, I'm tired, I don't think I've slept much these past few days so I feel all groggy.
Took a road trip with my dad to Kirkby-in-Ashfield to go get the part we need for our boiler, we got lost on the way there and made it 5 minutes before it closed XD;

Oh oh! And I saw a Fox in a field on the way there!! X3 Eee! It's the first wild fox I've actually ever seen O_O

So I went to the Tokyopop ReCon in Nottingham today! It was awesome~
Tony and I went early to look around the shops and then by about half 5 we joined the queue for the Recon and met some awesome people while waiting!!
Once we got in the announced the art comp. and they were all "Draw something now if you want", so I did a 5 minute doodle of a Pikachu with a butterfly on his nose XD That picture has gone to a new friend I met there, she gave me her doodle too :D
Both the art and cosplay contests were won by Puppy, she came in her Sandslash Gijinka outfit :D

We did a huge CaramellDansen line too XD Tony got that on video so once he's upped it to Youtube you can all see how badly I dance to that!

Tokyopop are apparently doing a Mega ReCon in Doncaster this Saturday! So Tony and I are hoping to go to that one. It's the first one they're doing of these Mega Recons which is pretty much a ReCon but with more room to do more stuff, it lasts longer too! 10am-4pm, so it's gonna be like a really mini convention! There's gonna hopefully be a mini masquerade and anime showings ect.

Anyway, I should go to bed, the gas man that didn't turn up on Monday is coming tomorrow .__. rawr.

Yeah, progress report for the screenshots from season 6 of Pokémon: Currently saving caps for the Spheal episode~

So just watched the first episode of the 5D's dub on Youtube and...
...I liked it! XD
I think the only thing that really bugged me was the whole back-story from nowhere for Yuusei and Ushio (Trudge I believe his dub name is?) but other than that I liked everything else, yes, even Jack's accent, it makes me laugh :<
Background music... didn't stand out much BUT it sounded okay and some of it that did stand out to me was cool and wasn't distracting like some of GX's dub BGM was.
Hyper Drive for the opening? It was one of the songs I wanted to win, so I'm happy with it ^o^

Looking forward to watching more, I do hope the dub keeps up some great work, since I made the decision to not get the 5D's Duel Boxes, means I need to get the dub on DVD :D;
