Bruce Campbell will be at the Neptune Theater tonight hanging out and presenting the original Evil Dead movie. There are still tons of tickets left (as of last night), so if you want to hear him tell stories and make fun of you and watch an awesome movie, you should come see it.

11:30pm
Neptune Theater (corner of 45th and Brooklyn in the U-Dist)
$8 (cheaper than a normal movie!)

Or just save me from all the college freshmen, they're driving me crazy.

Does that guy really have nothing better to do other than to roam around and milk the cult success of that film? It amazes me how often he pops up places. Attention Piggy Wiggly shoppers, guest clerk Bruce Cambell will be bagging your groceries this afternoon. Please stop by and Bruce will critique all of your purchases individually and remind you of the importance of being in the right place at the right time. Yawn.

Basically. He's also an asshole.

He's actually in town spending the day at Scarecrow signing copies of his audio version of his book. His really horrible book.

I'm surprised he's even coming back to the Neptune. Last time he was so pissy and mean...

Not so much a jerk as a total capital-D Douchebag. But he's plenty jerk, too.

Jason from Scarecrow (not Grafton) came to Worldcup today and said that Bruce was hanging out there and seemed less than stoked about it. I commiserated. It was fun.
