Whee... that's actually pretty accurate.

Today? Did a load of dishes in the dishwasher, emptied said dishes, vacuumed AGAIN, and now, I'm washing my sofa cover. I also vacuumed UNDER my couch.

What the heck?!?

I also need to go to Best Buy; I've been contemplating getting a new Palm Pilot (the Tungsten E2, to be exact) and I have a $5 Reward Zone certificate PLUS a 12% off certificate. Woo! Lets me save about $30!

Oh really?!? How about the disease of "I Can't Spell!!"

Yeesh.

I bleached my bathroom yesterday and today; yet, I still can't seem to get rid of some of the stains on the grout. Ewww. I'm going to give it another dose and see what it does. I also scrubbed my tub yesterday, so it's all clean. :)

I managed to get a wicked sunburn on my walk yesterday, so today I stuck to indoor exercising and did some pilates. Ouch. I forgot how much they use muscles that are otherwise lax. OUCH!

I got paid today, so yay for that. Bummer is that I got three months' worth of money, and I won't get paid again until the end of September. Yeah, I've learned the fine art of budgeting. I just plop two months' worth of checks over into my savings account and transfer a check's worth on the first of every month.

Here's how annoyed I am with the postal service--I get a notice that I have a package to pick up at my rental office here. I don't recall ordering anything, but I go pick it up. It's a BIG box addressed to me from MLB.com, and I still haven't the faintest idea what it is. I open it, and it's something from Palm intended for a lady in FLORIDA. Um, thank goodness for the packing slip! I tried calling the company, but OF COURSE, it was an East coast number, and I was calling at 2:02 PM PST. Wonderful. I now have this huge box all weekend and will probably have to wait until Wednesday to call the company.

Anywho.

Sitzprobe tomorrow for the musical, and next week is Hell Week; we open next Saturday. Woo!

I was on my walk today (5 days in a row! Wooooot!), and I'm casually looking in the brush at the side of the path as I toodle on by. What do I see???

Say hello to a California Kingsnake, a non-venomous species native to California (duh!) and can be found in the Western US (NV, AZ, OR, and CA). It looked to be about 3' long, and I wasn't about to go closer to see if it was alive. *g* Eeeek!

My A's finally won today's game in San Diego... in 14 INNINGS!

But a win's a win--I'll take it!

Dentist was fine--no cavities! [smiles toothy smile] I always get a kick out of new hygienists. They always want me to compliment my orthodontist since I have straight teeth. Heh. Then thank the good Lord and my parents, 'cuz I've never had braces!

I was a good girl and did my walking loop today, which makes it three days in a row. Woo!

Up tomorrow is more laundry, practice some for rehearsal this weekend, and maybe change my bed.

Whee... isn't this fun?

I did my usual loop today, so I've walked about 5 1/2 miles in the past two days. :D Funny thing today, though. I was walking along and I hear a rustling in the grasses. I look over and see: ( wild turkeys! )
