I was going through, trying to sort shit out --oh, yes, even my journal has to be organized-- and I realized I abondened last year's 100 movies thingy. So I'm starting one for this year, and I'll try not to leave it half-assed.

Movies I've watched this year:

DO NOT WATCH! = I wasted hours of my life on this?!
EH = Nothing on TV? Pop in this movie, it's good to kill time.
GOOD = Worth a movie ticket or rental.
REALLY GOOD = Worth owning.
LOVE. = MUST OWN! Will watch over and over again.

I'll try and do a proper update sometime. I'm just so disappointed in a lot of people that I don't even feel like talking about it. When I walked out with my diploma, I was glad I was done with the whole high school nightmare. But guess what? It's only that classes that come to an end; the drama stays exactly the same.

Anyway...

1. I bitch a lot, but it's very hard to seriously piss me off. My sister, my brothers-from-different-parents Craig and Pari, and one of my best girlfriends Başak are the only people who've seen me get truly madly deeply angry.
2. I say what I think without sugar-coating anything, no matter how awful it may be. It's gotten me in trouble and have caused some people to hate me to death, but my good friends actually appreciate it.
3. I rarely watch TV. I'd rather read. And I guess that makes me a dork.
4. I've been keeping hand-written journals since 1996. The only time I haven't kept one is since November 2007-- I think I'm unconsciously pretending me being stuck here never happened.
5. I'm usually very careful around non-smokers, but if they give me crap for it, I blow my smoke right in their faces and I ENJOY it.
6. I always pay attention to the little details about people. They might make me love them or hate them.
7. I can't ever throw away anything hand-written, which is why I have a big bag of letters and notes I've kept over the years. If you wrote something to me 10 years ago, I still have it.
8. I can't even add/subtract the simplest numbers off the top of my head. Even if I do, I always feel like I get it wrong.
9. I really want to learn Spanish so I can read Marquez in his original language.
10. I've dyed my hair for as long as I remember, and now that I'm letting it grow without dying, it feels so fucking weird.
