Wow how time flies, it seems like only last month we were doing our first Stage Might Complete Workshop, but the reality that was way back in January. In case you are not familiar with the Stage Might Complete format we cover the whole gamut in this workshop, it is the one workshop I recommend ladies attend if they cannot attend any other.

We talk about picking your show, selecting suits, color, fabrics, fit, there will be swatches from several designers that you can take home as well as a local designer available to take your measurements and get you fitted for your suit, if you are ready right away to go through the process. We will talk about the dieting down process and how to make that easy as well as my famous Stage Might posing section where I teach you not only how to be confident from the outside, but on the inside as well. We will talk about tanning, stage makeup and hair as well as what to expect the day of the show and we close it out with a delightfully relaxing hypnosis session.

There will be lots of freebies including the complete Competitive Advantage Hypnosis Series as well as some goodies from Lydia Haskell at www.proconsignonline.com and www.fitnessprodirect.com will be giving away the Figure Competition Guide, which I have written the section on motivation in. We will also have lots of fun making new friends. And just for your information this is an NPC workshop, we will be covering topics specifically related to NPC sanctioned events.

You don't have to be in contest condition, bring shorts and a tank top and your clear heels or your posing suits and get ready to have fun. Anyone who knows me, knows my motto, if I am not having fun, I am not doing it. :)

I just got back from the figure pre-judging at the Los Angeles Figure Championships. For those of you asking about Abi, she is doing fabulous, right in the top 3, will have to wait until tonight for the complete results, but her posing and physique is spot on.

I ran into my good friend Danielle Edmonds. I met Dani I think at the Orange County Muscle Classic back in um 2006 maybe? Well Danielle, recently won the IronMan Figure and was featured in IronMan Magazine Hardbody, below is a clip from her super sexy video. She is getting ready for the USA next weekend in Las Vegas. As you can see from the photo she is looking fresh, sleek and bringing a very elegant look this year to the USA. There are 6 pro cards being given out at this show, so best wishes to you Danielle, go do your quarter turny thingy. (hahaha) Good luck next weekend, and if you want to see the biggest pro qualifier/party come out to Vegas next weekend, we all swear to keep what ever happens confidential. Abi Landman came out to Pasadena to work with me yesterday to fine tune her posing for the upcoming Los Angeles Figure Championships tomorrow. Abi last competed at the Excalibur last year where she looked amazing and placed a very respectable 4th place. She has since then added 10 pounds of gorgeous and shapely muscle and looks even better. There was not much posing to tweak with Abi, we worked together on this part last year and she takes the time to practice on her own. I am very proud of you Abi and you really inspire me, a flawless body for sure.

If you are in the LA area, please come out and cheer for these ladies, it is a great show, lots of fun, lots of camaraderie, California style.

Way to go Abi, good luck tomorrow to you and everyone else competing. It will be great fun.

OK, now you saw me eat, you saw me compete... here is a little video about balance, and what to do after a show. Like I said in the video, "not that there is any one way to do it" but I do find very often many girls are lost post competition as well as borderline depressed or out of control, I hope this little video is helpful, just a bit about how I ease out of a show. I know it is the middle of the summer, we have the LA Figure Championships, The USA, The Jacksonville Pro and a whole slew of competitions going on so I know there are a ton of you out there right in the midst of heavy training and dieting, so these photos are for you.

I am at the close of my several day food fest, I know it looks messy (and it is) but naturally I always start with a healthy breakfast. (haha) that will save me huh? I am back to the grind today, but these photos are fun to salivate over, enjoy...

Hello everyone happy 4th of July. We are already done with pre-judging and I am back in my room, face washed and clean and looking out at some gorgeous fireworks. I have been having a great time out here in Houston, the dressing rooms are off the hook, and they are treating us excellent. My kids Champ and Lelefant are enjoying the large dressing room. You met them in my video.

I am getting called out in the last group. It looks like "softer" is not working so well on my body. I think this is very personalized and I am certainly learning, I sure do prefer my physique a bit harder, I think with my tall frame I really need it. So looks like I am not going to place... that's ok. If I was perfect, I would have quit already. HahahA! Thanks for all your emails and words and Ursula, I can hear you screaming, yes, thank you.

By the way what do you think of that big red box in the middle of the stage. Funny, I was asking where do we stand, and I peaked out of the curtain to look and saw this big red box, I said, hmmmm could that be it?

We have the finals tomorrow night. It should be fun,there will be a lot of events, pro fitness and bodybuilding as well as NPC events. Ok, get back to watching your fireworks and thank you everyone for your wonderful words of support and emails and texts and e-cards, you really make this extra fun for me.

So we did a bit of cardio today. I know it does not really show up much in this video, but after the workout, I guess with the weather and all, there were some massive veins popping out in my calves, so we thought it would be fun to video them.
