Got Pandacr1smonkey time last night. CPK goodness. Sappy over wedding video. Silliness. Woke up in a pretty damn good mood.
So, of course, right now pretty much anyone's voice makes me want to claw their eyes out. Which of course, magically makes everyone choose to have hallway or speakerphone conversations in my general vicinity while I'm trying to concentrate. And headphones cranked up aren't even drowning out the particular frequency of their annoying human mouth noises.
Figures. One day I'd like to revel. A little.

Work killed my mood this week, which is not something I can say most of the time despite the little annoyances. It's never the work itself that kills me, but the random changes of direction that seem... both counterintuitive and redundant at the same time. Those little reminders that I am, in fact, working in a corporation.
Watching the world around me go in all different directions ain't helpin' much either. Feh.
Oh, and I think next week will be mark the fourth week I've been on Week 3 of pushups. (Ok, so I went up a column, but still.) Think I'm finally back into the groove, though... or at least my arms remembered how not to collapse at the first sign of resistance (the third sign, I'm still workin' on).

I open myself to the good stuff (read: this weekend), and the bad, stupid, and and really unecessary crap comes creeping into my brain as well. So I eventually up and shut everything off again until the cycle repeats. Even my walls are roller coasters, heh.
Yeah, so excellent weekend aside from my brain. *snort* Going to have to drag people to Ritual, Extraction was quite nifty, Ascension was good, Denver beauties, other scarce folk (Miss Rachael & Cat), porter shake, chorizo, bad dancing, etc. etc.

Completely blew off pushups this week due to weird-schedule tiredness. As punishment, I'm going back to Week 3, but with the high-end base number (30 pushups in a row instead of 16), 'cause, well, that's my base now. Ha.
Rest of the week:
Chez Tuffy: ^_^ Party Gettogether was nifty, Asian Art Museum was nifty, pantsless Wii was... pantsless. Had way too much caffiene up and back after being on strike, and it just felt... weird. Back on hard strike I go. /sternlook
Stopped at the Madonna Inn for lunch on the way back. So good, I ignored the rampant pinkness. Although they did seat us at the handicapped table.
Up to Santa Clara for two day the day -- finished up everything we needed to hookup/setup the first day, so just came home early.
Which was good, because otherwise I would've shamefully missed sushi dinner w/ M1ss Cr1s. :9
