Anywho, I earned $42 yesterday. $3 from tips at  Taft, $15 from doing work for my cousin, $20 from swing dancing at a singles event, and I found $4 on the ground (ok, I didn't earn that one).
I am just raking in the money. ;-)

I signed up for Bank of America's keep the change. So far in the past 3 days I have saved $2.11. :-D

I am posting this from a new service called imified that works through an instant messager system. I am using Gtalk. I am not really sure why I am posting on LJ. I haven't in a while and I wanted to say Hi. So Hi!!!

I have too many classes! Well, too many classes + extracurriculars. AHH!!!

well, I am still alive. This is always a good thing. Wow. when did LJ switch to a Blogger style posting interface?

Life has been funny lately. No, really. In some bizarre non-humerous sort of way. Although, even I am not sure what that means. I just keep chuggling along, smiling at the sky. but inevitably splashing through the puddles at the same time. Life is funny like that.

I am acting. Motion. That is what you need to keep moving. I wish I could take that time and just step back. Pause life for a moment. Re-wind it a little to last semester and then put the world on loop.

But I can't, so I keep moving, back on the never ending search for the business-man's enlightment. Saying lots. huh? I caught a glemce of it. A sliver of light that streaked by me last semester. Why didn't I hang on to it?

Thought I'd give a little update. I don't write on here much since getting blogger, but why not. I have been home for a week. I went home a bit early and finished up my last paper from Austin. It is cool to be home. But I actually think I am having Houston withdraw. I missed the El Orbits last show. :-(

In the time that I have been here, I have written a 14 page paper, read 2 books on web design, a book on web standard, spend a day shopping, started to read a book on blackjack (working on it) and then wrote an unknown number of pages in my private journal. My goal is to write 200. I am not even close. I'd guesstimate about 30. If that.

My step-dad has a cold, so he is sleeping in my room and i am sleeping the the $4000 bed of comfort that is my parents bed. It is one of those memory foam ones. I have been in sleeping heaven the last scouple of days.

I need to write more. And wrap presents for my parents. My birthday is in 3 days and I turn 21. At that time, I will be in Vegas!!! :-) Since I am not much of a gambler, I don't expect to win anything. But it will be fun anyway. And if I run low on money, you will find me at the roulette table better on evens and odds. No chance to win, and a very small chance to lose. :-/ Ok, I am no fun. But I am learning to play blackjack.

I currently have the song "The End" by the Beatles off of Abbey Road stuck in my head. It was in happy feet, which is a really good movie. I got to see it on the IMAX, very cool.

My parents and I watched the AKC dog show last night on TV. I like animal shows. I wonder when a cat show is coming to Houston.

By the end of this break, I am going to create me a website.
{ling-dorkiness} That is a cool sentence. Yesterday, I said, "I am eating me grits." I like how we put the me in there. I could very well say "I am eating grits" but I don't. You know, I really should take that structure of English class. I like this type of stuff. {/ling-dorkiness}
I am also going to update all of my profiles online... like facebook, and zaadz.

Merry Christmas Eve everyone!!! tomorrow morning we will all have new stuff!! :-)

By Jan 1, my life will be straightened out. yes it will. :-) That is my goal. And if it is not, I always have the week at dad's to finish. I am looking forward to that. Very forward. My house will be picked up. (Cleaning the house is a new years resolution and part of another plan). My online self will be cleaned up and organized and filled in. (my profiles are out of date and lacking). My work will be organised and planed out. I will be caught up. My mind will be empty. Swell.

In other news, wtf??? LJ has messages now? LJ is so trying to be web 2.0. I think that it should just stay a blog site.

I am almost done. 1 final, 2 papers. I didn't do much today, which isn't good, but I will be doing stuff tomorrow. I need to go to the library for some stuff. Then I will be able to finish the acco analysis. I have a study abroud appt tomorrow. w00t. I hope that I can find some good stuff. And there is a party tomorrow night, and then after that, I am going to the movies. :-) not sure what I will see. Probably Happy Feet again. It was good (although not as good as Cars).

Oh, this is random, but I asked for a stuffed Luigi (the little italian car) for christmas. I am going to take him to Europe with me and get pictures of stuff with him in it. I have heard of people doing this with their hat or something. :-)

I need to start compiling my iteneratry for Europe. This involves interveiwing people about thier experiences in Europe. Have you been to Europe and stayed in a Hostel?

I am testing out this lj chat thingy. It works with iChat. wow. I haven't been on Aim in ages. :-)

I miss LJ and the wonder rambles that I used to do here. I like writing about nothing. My new blog is more serious. I need to get people there to read it. Here, I know you'll read it, so I can say whatever nonsense I want. :-P

I did 4 hours of work today STRAIGHT. that is, 4 hours IN A ROW. All Accounting. Can anyone say fried brain? And I have 2 more problems to do. I am debating whether I want to do them or write the beginning of the next blog entry for Marion's Ledge. I will probably just write the entry. I don't feel like more numbers. (now watch as I do accounting because I don't feel like writing)

There is a circle of wood in the trash below my feet. What is the trash doing below my feet? I am stealing the circle. And speaking of trash. I have found 2 hub caps this week, a journal of clothes and a book. I love picking up trash. It is interesting. I know, odd habit.

I get to go see a movie tonight. W00tness.

I am wearing 2 layers of pants. One of which are jazz pants. I feel like I have on long silk underwear. Quite nice.

Now I just have to get feeling better and start wanting to work again.

Just so you know... I set the tenitive date for that photoshoot for Oct 7th around noon or so. This is really important to me so the next step is emailed people. Let me know if you want to join me. It should be a lot of fun as for we will be driving around to various places taking pictures. And you can bring your camera and take pictures too!! :-)

Who wants to be in a picture??? I want to take some pictures (of people in specific settings doing various things). The problem is that I need people to take pictures of!! So... Who wants to be in some pictures!! I was hoping to just get some people (I need at least 5) together and just go from place to place getting the pictures that I want.

I am trying to be an artist here. ;-)

I Life

So, I haven't gotten the mail in a long time (about a month). Here's how I turned out:

- Checks: $900 ($300 of which was borrowed from savings and must be returned there)
- Bills: $45 (that is a month of electricity and a month of gas. How does that compare to y'alls bills. I'm just curious)
- Cards: 1
- Junk mail: a lot!!!!!!!

Not bad. Not bad at all. I see a bed in my future. :-)

I have to clean up first.

I would like to thank Jen N for giving me a gift that she doesn't even know she gave me. I saw her using a journal much like my old one on saturday at Taft and that made me want to use one again. :-) So I did. :-)

The result: probably less LJ entries then you are used to me posting. Shorter ones def.

Anywho, on a random note: Yesterday was blue day. I bet you that you can't guess why. Actually, I dare you to try. If you guess the answer, I will do something nice for you. feel free to ask yes/no questions.
