These activist judges are over there on YOUR side, but now they are bad and evil because they don't agree with you so they are activist judges according to you! Think for a change. See both sides, not as a "rational" side and an "insane" side but as two valid sides that co-exist. And then you can maybe see where things are coming from, and where they are headed and it can be done with some sort of grace and intelligence.
