Вроде бы да. В смысле - это скорее вольное перелложение, чем перевод.

Честертон -- слабый поэт. И стихотворение слабое. Именно про эти стихи Аверинцев писал, что "их не стал бы хвалить самый преданный честернианец". А перевод Ольги гораздо лучше, чем те, которые я видела раньше.
