The Sound was even better, the crowd was even better..

I am still amazed at how great they are in concert.. and best part was tonight we got a 2 song encore.. Walk in The Shadows and Jet City Woman

What a concert tonight in Orlando.. Queensryche sounds as good, if not BETTER THEN EVER.. And this is coming from a Chris DeGarmo fanboy!

All the parts added for Pamela Moore to join the band on stage for almost the whole show was FANTASTIC.. All the stuff from OM:2 PLays theatricly INCREDIBLE.. you can really tell Geoff wrote this to be performed in this manor!

Only down sides were 1> an equipment failure haulted the show for about 10-15 minutes. and 2> NO ENCORE.. :( I really didnt ecpect one, but HoB, left the house lights off for a LONG LONG time, so we really didnt know the show was over!

Speaking of the 'SHOW' Fantastic use of video, and live characters. And the ending of the show, is really .. REALLY sad, like, I started swelling up with tears sad.. PAMELA and Geoff are great on stage together.. and the re-arrangement of Spreading the Disease, was almost worth the ticket price itself!

GOd, I hope the club doesnt open til friday next week, so I can go to the thursday show!!

Hey there.. I am doing some 'Market Research' for my new job, by hitting up some comedy clubs. Well, I found out tonight, that If I make a reservation tomorrow, or tuesday at the latest, for Comedy Zone, in Palm Harbor, It's FREE TO GET IN for whoever I bring. They have a 2 item minimum, so a burger, and a coke would be 2 things.. etc



If anyone wants to go, I'll need to know asap, so I can call them and make a rsvp tomorrow.



Thinking about doing it maybe Saturday Night, at either 8 or 10:30

Okay, So I am wanting to get a quick Re-count of the Queensryche expedition next month...

The concerts are the 25th and 26th of August at House of Blues in Downtown Disney.

Rooms can probably be had for 70ish a night.. so Im thinking a couple rooms, and a convention type crash atmosphere would probably do the trick!

So far there are 4 DEFINATE confirmations. But the more the merrier!!

So let's get a head count, and remember to go get you tickets, so they dont sell out on you!!

Feast or Famine


You know I have noticed that many people strive to acheive some level of center in their lives. Balance of all things is good.

But not me.. Do not get me wrong, I TRY to acheive this centered balance. Forever searching for a fulcrum to teeter totter upon, alas it escapes me. My life is seemingly either really good, or really bad.

When I was married, I thought things were strong between my wife and I, but then things were gone between my wife and I, no real middle ground.

When I was DJ'ing, things were Great, or they were awful. Now at least in making money, I could be smart, and put money away for the lean times, somethings I learned as a Kid watching a cartoon about ants and a grasshoper!

I have been ( other then 4 shifts at a club ) unemployed for 3 months, since the day after My Mother past away. I have been looking EVERY WHERE for a job. and For 3 months, I got plenty of bites, but for whatever reason ( tattoos excluded ) I had nothing.. There we have my Famine.

Well, now.. Now I have apparently 2 jobs. and a third linign up for the beginning of June. Feast time I suppose!

I start at Hungry Howies in Palm Harbor tomorrow as a driver. I just recieved a phone call from the Area Manager ( coach ) for Pizza Hut. They are drafting me an offer sheet, and sending it via email some time today. He told me to plan on starting Next Tuesday. Of the two, I am going to keep the Pizza Hut job. It is as a manager, and they want to fast track me into a GM position. this was already discussed at my interview thursday moring.

my plan right now is to take the Howies job, to try and earn some money to get close to paying my rent this month. I need 700$ by the 29th If I can make 400 this week at Howies, I'll have a better chance of borrowing the 300$ difference from someone.

The 3rd job, is hopefully going to be at a club, Dj'ing 2 or 3 shifts a week. The club is opening in June.. and I have already talked to the owner.. I used to work with him.. so things look promising. and if I can make 250 for 2 shifts a week.. I'll be able to get caught up on everything PDQ.

I am going to bust ass for june and july. and if I can work 7 days a week. between 5 shifts at Pizza Hut, and 2-3 shifts at the club. I've gone 3 months with no work.. I can suck it up and be tired for a couple months, and get my finances in order.

Finnaly, there is a light at the end of this tunnel.. I pray, and hope you will too, it is not a train!
