Experimental art collective THE COMMITTEE are playing live on Wednesday (Oct 15th) at THE FOUNDRY (near Old Street Tube).

It's the opening night of a showing of THE COMMITTEE member Cunabula's artwork... THE COMMITTEE will be providing completely improvised music throughout the evening starting from around 7pm... finishing at 11pm. Though i imagine we'll be allowed to stop for a couple of breaks.
The Foundry is at 86 Great Eastern Street London EC2A 3JL. Old Street tube (exit3)

Hello friends, sorry no recent update. i'm on a rollercoaster. Last week History Of Guns manager, Mad Andy Webster and i went on flying guns promo trip to Berlin which involved some fine adventures...
Right now, i'm having an extraordinary week so far and it's only Tuesday.
Sadly not all for public consumption, but so far this week, i've had colonic irrigation, seen a psychiatrist and found out my job's being outsourced to Bangalore
and then to top it all someone's just sent me this picture:

last night i dreamt a bomb went off...
i was in the office and from around the corner to the front of me, i got the sense of fire. i looked up and it was hotter than flame, burning white.
i got up from my desk, turned behind the pillar behind me and dived down behind the desks...
The heat and light were all around me. It felt like someone had taken a sledgehammer to my lungs. My last thoughts were, 'this is it'... followed by, 'go! go! go!'
But strangely no pain, just warm, loving ecstatic light. It was one of the purest, warmest, liquid pleasure i'd ever known. A bit like what i imagine taking heroin is like.
i wanted to stay like that forever, writhing and rolling in it, only i noticed i was still breathing. I remember thinking how strange it was that i could still be breathing in this place beyond life, and i gradually became aware of my surroundings, and it was cold and dark and i was in bed.

Final of BB9 tonight. Possibly my favourite series ever... you thinking it's all about crass celebrity culture and 15 minutes of fame are sadly wrong wrong wrong, but hey it's not for me to challenege your stupid misconceptions.
Last nights' episode was just great. Such a journey these people have been on, and with a baby to look after, it's perfect to have on as you can dip in and out between crying bouts...
For having a black albino and a blind guy in the final, feel free to call it a freakshow... alternatively realise that having these guys on telly every night for many weeks allows you to see deep deep into who they are as people...
Essentially, i wish you understood, but accept you don't.
Expect this post to be deleted later on tonight...

Now i get spoof news headlines pretending to be from MSN... is everyone getting them? (Apparently the link always pretends to be to http://breakingnews.msnbc.com - which is a legitimate URL. The URL you arrive at is of course anything but. It looks like a phishing site but there's the lure of watching a video clip - except of course you need a codec. Good luck for you: you can download it right away...)
