Soooooo my friend just left town high on mush with 6 more people in her car. Her plan is to drive to Kelowna, a city an hour away, buy more drugs then head back home. 4 of those people are dear to me... Im a little worried. What drives people to do this sort of thing? Seems like this town is most content when they lose their conscience.

Bought the sweetest tweed jacket yesterday for $7! goodbye lipring and glasses.

I talked to my 18 year old step brother last night. he said he asked for a quilt for christmas. I asked him why, he said because he knew if he asked for something expensive, his mother would buy it for him. he said his mother doesn't have a lot of money. I know this for a fact, and I love that family. then I looked at myself, and what did I ask for? a bass guitar? we're talking $400 here. a quilt.. $40. i didn't get it though, but whatever i'm saving for one.
then i thought, there's something wrong here. There's something wrong with our ideals of Christmas. Maybe i'm just complaining. Christmas is about getting together with loved ones and drinking hot choca around a warm fire. it's about eating a lovely turkey dinner and getting really long phone calls from aunts from Montreal. it's not about how you got your $600 digital camera, you got your $400 iPod, you got your 7 new outfits from the Gap, you got your additions to your ginormous CD collection. laugh it off! i dare you.
I don'tt know about you, but my christmas day has already been made. A boy told me he likes me, and i like him back. Me and my mother haven't fought once this morning, and I talked to my friend that i haven't talked to in months.

so i learnt from my mistake, and i'm working on making everything alright again. i think i just need to spend a little less time with some certain friends and get over a particular someone.
school's been funnn lately. i met this girl in grade 12, taunya. she's a really rad girl and i really want to get to know her better. I feel like I can talk to her about anything.. and I love that. she said she'll take me to warped!! she saw underoath a couple weeks ago!! gahh.
lachlan and sarah came over after school today. i love those two. sarah brought over mean girls so we ended up watching that. lachlan played guitar for us. tallenteed. he's a cute boy.

tonight i pretty much fucked up everything between me and a lot of people i really like. evan, jayme, sheena, max... they all think im the most horrible person ever. who am i kidding? i am! why did i even decide to take a drag when i was offered? wtff. i should've just decided to never get into this. it's fucked everything. evan didnt talk to me or sit near me the whole time. i teased max the whole time about his emoness.. and about sex involving him and jayme. i drew all over woody and forgot to call lachlan back. i forgot to call sheena and invite her. she was mad. evan doesn't likeee me anymore. our 'date' is probably cancelled now. ugggh.

I had a long weekend and it couldn't have been shorter. I spent $40 at Value Village (seriously, what the hell). But I got a really sweet 80s leopard sweather button up thing. I'm totally going to have a fun Halloween this year because Sarah is holding a party and she's fun. My parents aren't letting me go on the Europe trip this summer because they suck. I met this guy named Shim at work and he goes to my school and he likes coffee a lot. My parents are beyond horrible every moment of every second. There's a band concert tomorrow night and I'm pretty sure that's going to be awkward. It's 1:45am and I have school in a few hours. Gosh.

The Alexisonfire show was stunning. I had such a rad time, and I met a lot of really nice people. I was right up front for Closet Monster, Hopesfall and Alexisonfire... but for Moneen I was way at the back so that was a bit of a drag. I honestly didn't think I'd like Closet Monster that much, but they were great live, and I like them a whole lot more. I got to hug and chat with Dallas (Alexisonfire) and that was amazing times a lot.
This weekend was pretty harsh. Good stuff happened, crappy stuff happened. I broke a lot of my friend’s things Saturday night and I'm really sorry. Everything I said/did was completely unintentional and I'm soo sorry. I just hope this week goes by really fast.
