I slept for almost eleven hours.  Man, do I feel better.  Well, mostly.  At least, I'm not tired anymore.  ::nods::  The seas have been choppy the last few days, but I'm doing my best not to over-worry (which I tend to do these days).

The Fiance's childhood cat has either a serious infection or kidney and liver cancer.  He's home now, on antibiotics and eating and meowing and doing the things cats do, but any good thoughts you guys could send his way would be really, really appreciated.  We just have to wait and see how he does.

But?  I also wanted to say huge thank yous to whomever nominated me at the Running with Scissors Awards.  I have an inkling who it was (*G*), but just in case I'm wrong I wanted to say it here!

It is now 10:30am.  I have been up for an hour, which means I got about five hours of sleep.  That is not enough.  Plus?  I can't tell if this is allergies or a cold or . . . what, so I took both my allergy medicine and dayquil and it's still kicking my ass.  I'm going with allergies for the moment, which would explain the randomness.  But crap, these things are bad.  I can't lie down because I can't breathe, which means I can't sleep, which means thinking isn't coming along all that well, either.  I have graphics to finish (due tomorrow), and many things to write, and a life that requires me to do things.

Allergies should be banned.  ::nods::

Why can't I get my shit together lately?  I'm all scattered and confused!  I'm not kidding, guys, this is ridiculous.  Okay, so, I need my birth certificate, so I sent off to the Floridia office of Vital Statistics to get it it.  Good, right?  Nope, I forgot to include a photocopy of my state ID.  Right, no problem.  They sent everything back, so I re-did it all--included a copy of my state ID--and shipped it off again.  You know what I realized this morning?  I forgot to include a check to pay for the birth certificate.

::headdesk::  And?  ::headdesk again::  Okay, so now it's all sent off (again) and I'm paranoid that I left something out and they're going to think I'm crazy.  Which, of course, I'm worried isn't far off the mark because?  What if they think I'm trying to steal my own identity?!?!  OMG, I'm totally paranoid.  ::laughs at self::  Still, it shouldn't take anyone three tries to fill out a form, copy an id, and write a check.  ::hangs head::

Well, I was sick yesterday, but I'm doing better today, which is good, because I have a poll!  *G*  This is for graphic-ing, so I know what sizes of wallpapers you guys are looking for.  ::nods::
