Professional Cosplay Photo Sale!
Here's the deal. ^_^
For $35, you can get your own photo shoot, which would include:
Somewhere around 24-27 4x6 prints, a photo CD of the session with 3 different dpis.. thumbnail, medium, and large. "Large" prints out bigger than an 8x10, fyi, I don't remember how big, exactly, off the top of my head.
for $20, you can just get the prints, no CD.
You can get actual photo-quality reprints and enlargements (if you want nicer prints instead of printing off the CD scans), too. 8x10 is $10, 5x7 is $5, wallets are $6 for a sheet of 8. 4x6 reprints are $1 a piece.
Other things I can offer which I do not currently have a price:
photo business cards -- your favorite cosplay photo with whatever contact information you might want included, like a c.com handle, AIM and email address, etc.
photo puzzle -- yes, a puzzle with your happy cosplaying face on them.
For a whopping $45, you can have a hardbound photo book, with 20 pages of any photograph you want, complete with captions of your choosing. $2 per each additional page you might want to add up to 100 pages.
for $35, you can have a 12 month calendar of your cosplay pictures. Yes, you can create your own "women of cosplay" pinup calendar! (the photobook and calendar prices include shipping!)
I can do mousepads, aprons, coffee mugs, poster size prints, Tshirts, tote bags, note cards... all with your smiling face on them.
for an additional $5, I will convert the prints to black and white and hand color them for an "old time" effect. Don't know what this means? http://www.kimanderson.com/ This is hand coloring. These are for actual prints, not the scans, mind you. Though if you had a nice scanner, you could probably scan the hand colored ones yourself for your gallery.
All of this, $35 to start. Mind you, I normally charge $100 for this for the actors, band members, etc, for the headshots and press kits. But for you poor, starving cosplay people I am giving the cosplay special!
And when we move, and I'm able to buy the camera of my dreams, the price will drop even FURTHER!

i've been rather pissy lately. O.o lol forgive me. hee hee!\
it's about 10:15am. today is my day off after working 6 days in a row. since i had a terrbile nite in tips last night, your's truly has to go into work today and try to pick up a shift. gyah! i just wanna sleep! ::whines:: so.... in a few minutes i'll be getting ready. this shall be my 7th day in a row i've worked. AND let's not forget that i'm scheduled monday- friday of the week that's about to begin. oi!
man... and i've picked up a cold too. my throat is getting more sore as the days progress. and i'm starting to cough up yumminess. gar-blah!!!!!! grrrrrrr! just as long as it doesn't make me feel isck besides the throat. ^^ i'm used to having those kinds of colds due to my tonsils. they no work good. lol technically i'm suppose to get them removed because i get sore throats all the time. ^^
funny.... i couldn't but help thinking nasty stuff while writing about my sore throat. :::evilly perverted grin::: LMFAO!!!!!! i set myself up, what can i say? go ahead... take your cheap shots.

today IS the day!!!! in just a few minutes i'm finally going to medieval times. YES!!! woooooooo-hoooooo!!! :::is so excited::: i'm sooo in the mood for chicken too. ::grins::
oh, and i caved in.... last nite i played ffx.... did the sidequest again for rikku's ultimate weapon. yeah, this time i saved every second. lol it didn't take as long either cuz i knew where those bastards were hiding. ::sniffles:: and one of them fell off my ship! i was about to whimper... and then i remembered.... DAMN YOU TO HELL CACTUAR! ARG!
work sucked.... made $70... so technically it didn't, but i only made that because i had 2 parties. i take that back.. work didn't suck. i enjoyed it.... it was the fact that it was slow that bothered me i think.
i'm broke. ::Cries:: i mean it too. i have rent due tomorrow and what do i have? $159. i need a total of $275..... the math is: $116 left that i NEED to earn. i work tomorrow nite. hopefully i'll make at least $100. then maybe, dan can wait a couple days for the rest. brandon is already paying the $20 i owe on the direct tv instalation. i now owe him $20... and i still owe dan $5. ::sighs:: this has never happened before. me..... not having enuff money at the end of the month. AND I EVEN HAVEN'T PAID MY VISA WHICH IS DUE THE FIRST! usually i make plenty. ::sighs:: this summer has been busy. esp with all the trips and cons... and moving... but still.... i HAD MONEY for those and was able to pay everything else. this month.... it's another story. why? WHY?! :::Feels like shit::: all i need is a few bucks... lol $116 in few bucks.

I'M NEVER PLAYING FINAL FANTASY X AGAIN!!!! NEVER!!! FUCKING NEVER! i know... gasp!
what happened? i'll TELL you what happened.... those fucking cactuar is what happened. i'm sooooooooooooo PISSED! i would have thrown my controller if it wasn't brandon's. i just spent a whole 2 hours on a side quest finding those damn catuar for part of rikku's ultimate weapon. there IS NO REASON SO SAVE. NO REASON! all the creatures in the area are so weak. i DID save at one point, but i dunno when that was... it was in the middle of working on the side quest, but god knows when. ::sighs:: this, my frieds, is WHY I DON'T DO SIDE QUESTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that's the reason why i don't care that my characters aren't maxed out.... well, except for yuna... cuz she's my bitch. i have everything for her.... screw the others now. ::flips them off::
so... from now on..... i HATE CACTUARS! whether it be a plushie, photo, toy, cosplayer..... i'm going to KILL them. ARRRRRRRRRRRG!

so why a rant? ::Shrugs:: i had a great day at work.... but tiny things about customers piss me off. like.... for instance:
table 15. the old lady wanted to know what kind of ceaser salad we had. i told her that we had the small one with rommaine lettuce, parm cheese, and croutons. i then told her that we have a bigger one that has romaine lettuce, parm cheese, croutons, tomatos, olives, and chicken. so, she decides to go with the small one cuz she doesn't want all that on there. lalala.... order comes out. she looks at her salad and was like "this is so plain! where is everything?" i informed her that she ordered the small one... she said yes. she then handed it back to me telling me to make it less plain. "just add some eggs and tomatos and whatnot"..... UGH!!!!!! i fucking TOLD you! so.... i naturally upcharged for the crap and gave her the new small salad. such morons. don't get me wrong... they were very nice, but that one lady only heard what she wanted to hear.
table 24. they sat there for 2 hours.... CAMPERS! WTF>?! don't you see the lunch rush going on? they finally pay me... i saw that they had $$ together under the bill and then $4 off to the side, as in that's my tip. (their bill was $20) so... they hand me the $$ along with the $4... i got to cash it out and it's actually exact change. i received NO tip. they sat IN my station for 2 hours.... it's not my fault that they were morons and THOUGHT they tipped me. i lost out on turning that table at least 3 times. i could have made at least $15 more if they hadn't stayed so long.
oh.... and for ALLLLLL of you who think putting silverware in hot water kills germs.... i've said it once, i'll say it again. IT FUCKING DOES NOTHING!!!! NOTHING!!! YOU FUCKING DUMBASSES!!!!! you need BOILING water to kill germs on your silverware... and germs are everywhere..... your STRAW! your GLASS! your HANDS! your CELL PHONE! UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH! ::looks at ranma::: and don't even get me started on that "Wearing gloves" bit.
so... really.... i had a good day. i really honestly did. just sometimes the smallest things drive me nuts.
speaking of nuts..... brandon ate my snowball that i was saving! i was on the phone with lauren (miaka) and i finally had a craving for it. i go to get it.... not there... i go downstairs and low and behold.... BRANDON'S EATING MY SNOWBALL! WTF?! he didn't ask! he said he thought i abandoned it. NOOOO!!!! gyah! so.... i have him our right now getting me one. he's getting himself another one too. .... with my $$. UGH!!!
the storm tonite was very neat-o. i watched the lightening as usual. it was rather distinct tonite. bolt after bolt. seeing the first bolt and the return strike. :::Droooools::: it truly was awesome. it's still lightening out but it's in the distance. i was watching it while on the phone with laur. ^^ i luv storms.
which reminds me.... i will be posting a few pics in my gallery for tora of the awesome storm cloud i saw years ago in OC.... the anvil of the storm was mind-boggling. the pics don't due it justice, but it's awesome.
i will also be uploading a few butterfly pics. cuz well, liz luv butterflies. ^^ TA-TA for now! |

so... i'm finally unpacked from otakon. yep.... FINALLY. what a task too. man, that's the sucky thing about a con. i hate unpacking with a passion. i also cleaned down here AND cleaned my ham ham cage. wow... just wow. hmmm... i also put a lot of cosplay making stuff away since i really won't be doing any work until MAYBE october. i need to make some more $$ if i wanna do my secret cosplay with jen. ::winks::
for NEKOCON i finally decided that i'm going to enter an amv. brandon told me he has a program that can convert files.... well, i need my amv to be mpeg of course! lol i'm sending in my "drifting away". reiko, you know this one. lol it's the one i made you with a few touch ups. i think it's pretty darn good, so we shall send it in. if anyone would like to see it, just ask. ^^

so i haven't updated in a while with anything really. lol so sue me! hmmmm... so... where shall i begin. AH! with medieval times (aka- friday).
so.... as you know, on fridays i couldn't find anyone to go to medieval times with. brandon got sick again. well, i got him to reschedule for this upcoming friday. HOORAY!!!! this wait is killing me! i mean, it's been postponed 2 time already. ::Falls over::
hmmm... friday nite i realised that there was no time listed in the invitaion for jen's bridal shower. so... i had to question her about what was she planning to do on sat. lol i ended up tagging along to the nail place. lol i got my nails done!!!! OMG! i'm such a girl now! lol we then went to see her wedding dress. it looks SOOOOOOOOOOO PRETTY!!!! the pics she took of it don't do it justice! and she looks awesome in it! ^^ after that, we headed to the shower.... aka meeting up for the bachelorette party. i hope she was surprised. ^^ i also hope me tagging along like i did didn't make her think something was up. besides, she knew i had no idea what the plans were for the b'party... just that i was invited. lol so.... jen... i hope you were surprised. ^^
as for the bridal shower.... it was nice. it really was. jen's grandmom (is is your grandmom?) is a HOOT!!!! lol asking if andy was salty..... ::Falls over:: strange.... so, yeah... umm... i bought jen the waffle maker from target. the day i got it the registry was down, but i had a print out from the web with me. no one had bought it... so i got it. yeah... jen got 3 of them. wtf?! the target people were suppose to take it off for me at the end of the nite!!! well, at least i made it a unique gift. lol i bought pancake/waffle mix, some syrup, and eggo's. lol eggo's.
the bachelorette party.... ::falls over:: naturally i'll leave out details. it's a bachelorette party... if you weren't there, you can't know much. lol i swear it's like a sorority thing. ^^ we shall skim.... pizza.... HOORAY!.... jen drinks... HOORAY... talk a lot... HOORAY... jen drinks lots more.... HOORAY!... lol desperado shows up!!!... HOOOOOORAYYYYYY!!!!! ^^;;;... jen drinks MUCH more. jen proceeds to luv everyone. awe! i leave as jen and them get into the cab for have a nice day cafe. yeah.... next morning i find out my poor jen didn't make it to the have a nice day.... ::pats jen on the head:: you may ask.... where are pics? ah.... you shall see a COUPLE pics... jen shall see the rest. for it is a secret sorority thing. O.o lol
sunday.... the christening. omfg... the mass was over an hour long! the whole christening thing was the first thing done and we were stuck there for the rest of it. naturally my sis and i were getting restless. we hate church with a passion... for some reason we resort back to our childhood while at church. it;s hard to explain..... lol yeah... we're going to hell... lmao. but yeah... the pastor made us watch a video. long story short... it was about how you should love people, BUT hate everyone who is different. SCREW YOU LUTHERANS! that religion needs a reality check REALLY bad. granted, i'm baptized catholic, but whatever... i don't follow it. ::evil laugh:: what a terrible religion.
now.... it's monday (technically tues but whatever). today began the working 12 out of 14 days this schedule. i hope to make some good money these 2 weeks. rent is due, plus my visa. AND i need to start saving again. this summer has put a dent in my pocket. ^^;;;
