There comes a time (or two or three...) when a girl gets into a new fandom. A fandom that requires proper representation. A fandom that completely takes over and eats ones brain and requires icons.

Doctor Who/Torchwood has eaten my brain and therefore I am required to represent ones brain eating by icons.

In other non icon related news my new t-shirts arrived today!!! I love them and want to wear them, but I don't think work would like that.

I have just finished watching season one of Doctor Who and have come to this conclusion:

I want a Tardis. I want a Tardis with a naked John Barrowman in it.

That is all.

My mommy is getting her surgery on the 13th of August! It's about frakking time. That only took, what, 8 months? They're gonna drill into her and take out all the damaged cartilage. The only thing is that dad and I are supposed to be away at the cabin during that time. Now I'm torn, because I want to be home when she has her surgery, but then I haven't had any kind of vacation in three years....

[eta] mum said that if I don't go she'll personally swim me over to the cabin herself.

It turns out I may not have to reformat my computer after all. I think the problem was that it was overheating itself and just kept shutting itself off. After a comment mystico_tala made about the fan I cleaned it and the cooling board I have underneath. They were a bit dusty, but nothing bad. Hopefully it'll run better now, but I'm still backing everything up and will keep an eye on it.
