Coldplay tomorrow!  I was so lucky  to get tickets to Coldplay at the United Center here!  Hopefully I will have pics tomorrow!  :D

 1. If you could hang out with any Monkee for a day in your hometown and surrounding area, who would it be and what would you do? 

I want so badly to say that I'd like to hang out with Mike, but realistically, I really don't think we'd click.  :(  Peter would be the one I would pick.  :D  I would have a simple picnic with him at the arboretum we have by my university.  We'd sit under a tree and talk in the afternoon, leaning up against each other.  lol  Then I'd take him to this great used bookstore that's down the street from my old high school.  We'd explore the stacks.  I think we'd finish off the evening by going to Navy Pier in Chicago.  lol

2. If you could be in any Monkees music video with the boys, what would it be? How would you shoot it? What would the sequence of events be? Where would you appear in it?  

I KNOW it would be in the "rainbow room" because that is where all of my favorite music videos take place.  I'd probably want to insert myself in either the "No Time" video or the "Daydream Believer" video.  "No Time" would be exciting for the general silliness of it.  I'd want to be in the middle of everything!  In "Daydream Believer", I'd want to be sitting at the piano, bouncing up and down with Davy and Peter.  ^_^  I've also considered inserting myself in the "Sweet Young Thing" romp when they're jumping rope, solely because jumping rope with The Monkees would be crazy awesome.  Enough said.

3. If you could sing any song with any or all of the boys, what would it be?  

It would have to be "Pleasant Valley Sunday" or  "The Girl I Knew Somewhere".  "Pleasant Valley Sunday" is just one of those songs I love to turn up really loud and belt out.  It would only be appropriate to do it with The Monkees.  :)

4. If you could own any article of clothing that one of the boys wore, what would it be?

The Nehru jackets are pure love.  :D  I especially like Davy's cranberry colored one.  Micky's tablecloth poncho is legendary, so I HAVE to say that.  I also wouldn't mind wearing Mike's white, ruffle sleeved shirt or Peter's moccasins.  :)

 Two of my fandoms were full of *squee* and *flail* tonight when they had their season finales.

My first Jack/Ianto fanmix!  Born out of the time when I should have been studying for finals, but desperately needed a break.  

One of the assignments for my Spanish final was to write a creative story based on a picture we were given.  The story could be a fantasy, real life tale, or whatever we so desired.  I chose to write about the Doctor and Donna for my story.  I've always wanted to write a little fic in Spanish, so I'm posting it here for all of you speakers (native or newbies) wishing to read a story presented in such a way.  I hope you all enjoy it!  Comments certainly are love.

I wrote my first introspective fic piece today after watching "Planet of the Ood" and having some nagging thoughts about Donna's feelings.  The fic is below.  Beware, it is SLIGHTLY spoilery for those of you who haven't seen it.  Stay away at your own risk!  For all the rest of you, have fun, and don't be too harsh on me.  These were just some flowing thoughts I had when sitting in Brit Lit today with very little to do.
