First: Dude on the Orbit Bus: thank you. I had gotten on the Orbit bus up at the Arch and by the time we reached the Psychology building, the bus was packed to capacity and I happened to be sitting down. When it came to the Tate center, of course everyone tried to stuff themselves in the bus with no regards to the squished little black girl trying to get out. The dude frankly said: "Hey! Someone's trying to get off the bus!" and the people getting on backed off enough for me to get through. I thanked him, but I still feel like I needed to share that because it restored my hope in the human race a little. That was very decent and kind of him to do that since I have no ability to stand up for myself half the time.
Second: I just came out of my UNIV 1102 class where we talked about stress and then performed a relaxation/meditation exercise. The exercise requires you to find a happy place and guess where mine was. Have you guessed yet? I'll give you a hint: it's fandom based.
Yes, my relaxation place was Terry.
Honestly, I need to see a therapist.
At the same time...it actually worked. My relaxation setting is sitting in Terry's lap on a bed, maybe reading something. Hand-to-God, it's the safest place I can imagine and heaven help my pathetic little brain, it worked. I still have eighty thousand things to do today, I'm still failing two classes, I'm still going to get kicked out of college and murdered by my parents, but...I'm relaxed.

I...have a funny little head sometimes. xDD
1) Aki and I went to the UGAnime Club's street painting for the MDOA event. MDOA stands for Massive days of Anime and it starts next week. That was incredibly fun. It involved pizza, crotch-pointing, watching a drunk guy trip over the sidewalk and himself, random quotes from practically every fandom in existence, and me getting pink chalk on my ass and all down my legs. Sexy, right?
2) After that, Aki and I came home at around 2:00AM (because we have to paint the street at night since the buses slow to a crawl and no one is on campus any more) and I WOULD have crawled off to bed if Youtube wasn't so damn AWESOME. First off, JustSomeRandomGuy updated with another ridiculously hilarious Hi, I'm a Marvel/DC video (Which JON FAVREAU, the writer and director of the Iron Man movie, said he loves and watches) and then I had to go and find that Youtube also had Rock-A-Doodle and FernGully (because I forgot how many awesome lines were in that movie: "I have but one claw, but beware!") posted up there so my stupid ass didn't go to sleep until 5:00AM. Nice. Which is why I'm posting at three--I JUST woke up.
3) And on the note of waking up, I realized I had a dream with so much fanservice in it, it's ridiculous. xDD There was:
-a tent/event thingy hosting the guide dogs program that I've been dying to join so I got to hold and play with a bunch of cute black labs
-John Stamos, who I don't like but I made a snarky comment about his character on ER and he laughed
-Bruce Willis walked by at some point and I said Hi to him
-a crazy action scene that I was a part of that included a bunch of Agent Smiths and Will Smith shooting guns at each other in slow-mo (XD This is my brain wishing he had actually accepted the part of Neo when it was offered to him)
-a commercial someone made for something or other involving the Justice League, but the point is that it had music and someone was dancing and that caused Wonderwoman to start doing the tango and BATMAN JOINED IN and they almost kissed at the end but someone in the commercial put their head in the way and flashed the logo. It was a teaser on purpose, I'm sure, but who cares because BATMAN DID THE MOTHERFUCKING TANGO WITH WONDY IN MY HEAD AND IT WAS FUCKING AWESOME. xDDD
-at some point, I was watching TV and there was a new Danny Phantom movie on. There was a Sam/Danny moment in it so of course I said "That's because their love is canon" at one point. Strangely enough, I was in my normal state of mind in this weird dream. Made it cooler. =D
That's all I can remember off the top of my head. If I remember more, I'll let you know. I want to say Terry was there in some incarnation, but that might not be the case. Dunno.
That's all for the awesome. I'm going to take a shower, eat, and spend the rest of the next two days packing as much about photosynthesis and cell respiration as I can into my head. Sigh.

Yes, they finally did it. They killed the last black man on ER.

My Chem test is Friday at OMGWTF 8:00AM. It was as far ahead as I could schedule it. I'm still fucked. *does Slevin hand motion* I only know about 40-50% of the material at best. I hate my advisor. I want to stab him a little. *sigh* Sophomore year is lamesauce.
The only thing I am really looking forward to is AWA so I'm just going to bury my head in the books and do the best I bloody well can. For all that's worth.
And lol, I still can't figure out why I would do George Clooney. Everyone would. They need to examine that man's blood. He is srsly emitting some kind of pheromone because all the women I know would sleep with him and don't know why either. Ugh, I can't type tonight, goodbye. xDD

1) UGA sucks donkey balls, to quote Stewie. We had a Chemistry help session today for my class of 260+ students...and they held it in a REGULAR FUCKING CLASSROOM. DUMB. ASSHOLES. I couldn't even get into the room! I just wasted a whole half hour trying to get here only to not be let in. This university is frustrating as hell.
2) Marg: new story up on FK for your viewing pleasure. Also, are you going to AWA? Me and Aki-chan and Aru and Cori are! 8D
3) My mom has been converted to Avatar-ism. LULZ. She liked Toph and she ships Katara/Aang, but she has committed blasphemy in finding Sokka useless. :O Sokka is the comic relief, dammit, and I wouldn't ever have even seen the show if it weren't for him. We will have her convinced of his awesomeness someday.

Yesterday:
1) I actually wrote a whole chapter of my book "Silenced", which is awesome because it was on Writer's Block for quite some time and the new bits I wrote make me feel like I actually might be able to finish this thing before the year is out. That's great considering I want to publish it before I get out of college. So yay! ^__^
2) My Way Entertainment. See previous post for fangirling. ^0^
3) This guy named Kainan from my UGAnime Club invited me to watch anime at his apartment with a few other people and I had SO. MUCH. FUN. I mean, it was so much easier to get along with them when it was the small group of us. I'm really shy and I didn't make any friends last year in the anime club because it's hard for me to get the courage to talk to someone. Kainan noticed this and came up to me one day and we've been friends since. The funniest thing is that we went to his apartment to watch anime at about 6:00pm...and only succeeded in watching Futurama: The Beast with a Billion Backs, a few AMVs, and two episodes of Last Exile. We pretty much laughed and talked about stuff the whole time, went to IHOP at like eleven o'clock at night, and then went home. I had a blast and I'm really grateful for him inviting me. <3
4) At Kainan's, I was able to swipe his Outlaw Star DVD box set. And OH. MY. GOD. I have the biggest crush on Gene Starwind. XD I've been wanting to watch this series for like ever, and last night I got home at 1AM and stayed up until 5:00AM watching Outlaw Star because it was that damn addictive. I would let Gene grab my ass whenever he wanted to, OMG. @___@;; *fans self*
I mean, look at him! He's like Domon, Spike, and Kamina all rolled into one delicious, carefree package! Yum, yum, yum!
Even though I got zero homework done, yesterday was fantastic. ^___^ \m/
Off to eat and probably watch more Outlaw Star.

1) I usually park my car in the parking lot of St. Mary's Hospital because I STILL do not have a parking permit for anywhere on the fizzucking college campus. Anywhoo, yesterday a hospital helicopter landed right across from where my car was parked so I got to watch it. It was so damn cool. ^___^ \m/
2) Some dude in my Biology Lab passed out this morning. O_O I know, right? We were all standing there while the TA started to talk about what we'd be doing and then BLAM! he hit the floor. The teacher walked off, rather shaken, and called somebody but the dude just blinked and sat up like nothing happened. He said it had happened before and that when it did, he was supposed to lie down and elevate his feet. As soon as he hit the floor, my mind went to a range of symptoms that could have caused it, which I later came to find was kind of cool. I have nurse reflexes. Weird. Anyway, ironically, I had an extra juicebox in my backpack that I gave the guy because I figured it had something to do with low blood sugar. Anyway, he drank it and pretty much chilled out for the rest of the day until one of the Biology people made him go to the Health Center.
It's amazing, though, because like I said, I never panicked once: not when he hit the floor, not even when he didn't move for a moment or two. Everyone else kind of stood around staring while I stepped closer to see if he were breathing and if I needed to do CPR. I talked to my mom and she says it's a caregiver trait, which is good considering I want to be a vet. Stuff like this has happened to me before, but I never panic. Good for me. :3
3) I saved a turtle. Don't laugh, it's true. There was a turtle in the middle of the road just outside of my apartment complex the other day and I stopped, got out, and moved him out of the road. He was a big 'un, too, about the size of my outstretched hand, and he hid inside his shell when I picked him up and it was adorable. I've ALWAYS wanted to do that, and I told myself I would as soon as I had my own car. Now I got to and it makes me feel all squishy inside that I helped a turtle. <---NEEEEEEEEERD.

Right. Does anyone watch Danny Phantom? I love that show. It's remarkably fresh and I am just the biggest Danny/Sam shipper ever. xD It's my guilty pleasure, shut up.
Anywhoo, as I watch this show I keep notice these incredibly similar things to Batman Beyond. No, really. I have a list. 8D
( One of the producers was a BatBey fan. I'll bet you anything. )
In other news, I saw Babylon AD today. And it was mediocre with the occasional cool explosion until about an hour and 10 minutes in (and the movie is only an hour and 30 minutes long) and they drop the biggest "WHAT THE FUCK????!??!!!!?" moment on the audience. And from that one WTF moment, you get like three more and the film ends stupidly and out-of-character...ly. Shame on you, Vin. You're still hot and I still want to boff your brains out, but that movie was just...confusing. And unsatisfying. Geez.
Oh yeah, I'm home. xD Came back for Labor Day weekend. Going back to Athens tomorrow night. Whee.

Nothing sucks more than sitting in your bed at 1:54AM completely and utterly awake.
Now mind you, the rest of my day was great: my long-time friend Chris from the band (yes, the RHS marching band of which I constantly try to forget) spent the day out at Southlake mall wandering around laughing and talking about everything from movies to college to the olden days of Mr. Pla and band drama. I had a blast. And don't give me that look because Chris and I are strictly friends. There is absolutely zero sexual tension between us and that's because I discovered that he's the male version of me. XD Srsly. Marg is my twin and Chris is the male version of me. We agree on about like 98% of every subject. It'd be unnerving if I didn't find it so comforting.
Anywhoo, I left the house at 2:15PM and came back at 8:00PM. Yeah. We had that much fun. We left the mall at like 6:30 or so and then drove to Best Buy, wasted another 30 minutes, then went to Barnes & Noble and wasted another 20. Then I drove him home and went back to the house. I ate dinner and then my Dad wanted dessert so me and my Mom drove to Kroger and grabbed some dessert. Aki, thank you for introducing me to those two-bite brownies. We has them now. :DD
Aaaaaand I watched TV for a couple hours and now I can't sleep. Dunno why. I am just AWAKE for no good reason and I can't think of a damn thing to do.
Damn insomnia.
