| The Journey Begins |

I have been traveling for a few weeks now I believe, though I have lost count of the days. Nature has no calender so I do not keep track of the time either. But I have been meaning to write down my journeys, but have not had a chance since I have left.
Well I suppose I will begin by explaining why it is I have left. I understand that different areas of the world have different fighting techniques, such as the barbarians in the north, the men of the east, and the mysterious warriors from John's island. I am traveling to learn these combat skills, and learn the ways of every known art of war. It is my intention to return to Twill when I feel I am done learning it all, though I know, and it would be foolish to believe otherwise, that one can never stop learning. So I suppose I should say, when I am satisfied with what I have learned...no, enlightened in the ways of war.
First to the north, I am on my way to Gautar right now, I have chosen the pass through the mountains, the haunted hills to be exact. My trail is to follow the hills on the west, and boarder Draco, maybe even perhaps pass through Draco. I will then turn east into the lands of the Gautari. I have heard they speak another language known as 'Gottic' which is the language of the land, and has been for centuries. I am hoping I can trade my knowledge of the axe for some skills that they know. I will learn from them how they cleave shields like a sword through a toad-stool, if they are willing to teach me.
With me I have brought my hatchet, my hand axes, and my battle axes, my shield, and my armor. Not to mention the necessities, such as food, rope, torches, and the like. It will be interesting to see the living environment of the country, I don't think it will be too harsh however, nothing a troll couldn't handle.
I am now in my camp, with the fire small only enough for light to read in. I do not need warmth to live, nor to cook my food, surviving alone is much easier than with others, I merely eat a stone or two when I'm hungry, though I DO catch game, don't get my wrong the bones and marrow are one of the healthiest things trolls can eat. I leave the meat behind for other scavenger animals, and usually keep the skins. They're a good enough trade if you don't have anything else to barter with.
I hear howling off in the distance, that means there are creatures about this night, which means I will eat good soon. That also reminds me I have noticed tracks in the ground of a creature, what it is I'm not sure but the claws are sharp and deep. I believe they belong to Gorehounds however, but I haven't ever encountered one before. From what I've been told they're fierce, they're fast, and their cunning. All the more fun for a challenging hunt. I doubt these Gorehounds of the Haunted hills are used to being the prey rather than the preditor...

I know that there are important events happening around me right now. Lothec, and the situation on Draco, and now these people who call themselves Keepers from an unknown country called KryFells. I do realise that I am captain of the guard in Twill, the town of adventurers, however I do not believe I am needed here. Propheus has gone, without any word what so ever, I have a feeling he's up to something, which is probably an obvious statement.
I think I will soon, before autumn, head north to the lands of the barbarians. I wish to learn their techniques of war, and to fight along side them to learn tactics, and way of life, perhaps even I could convince a few to start a chapter of House of the Rising Wyverns. From there I wish to travel east, and go into the mysterious eastern countries that lay beyond any maps I've seen. I do believe that this is where John comes from. He has mentioned that they use very unique, and pehaps even more effective weapon techinques. Their weapons are like out finest elven smiths make ours. They also are said to have very unique hand to hand combat techniques.
I suppose I shall travel lightly, only taking a wrap of various weapons, and my armor, some food stuffs, and some money. I suppose also that I'll have to vear away from Maraig's Wounds, for obvious rerasons. I plan on going alone, but I guess if any feel they'd like to come along, I couldn't refuse the company. Though I doubt any in our humble group are as eager as I am when traveling. Well I suppose I will leave Mae and Carlos in charge of the house while I'm gone, and if Propheus returns he can reclaim the house to run. Maybe though he'll be too busy with the town, seeing as he IS mayor of Twill and all.

I have decided that perhaps the time is not now for me to record history at the moment, however I do plan to write it all down some day. However first I must deal with what is at hand. I have seen a vision on fire, fire in the sky, Mae saw it as well, however she did not see what I did...A large, no, massive fire storm in the sky, eating and consuming it rapidly and violently. Shash has agreed to teleport us to Thorne's keep, where I believe we will run our campaign from, for the time being. I have brought all the weapons I could carry, and my armor's. I have declared that the House of the Rising Wyverns is now involved in this war. We shall back our allies one hundred percent, and see that Lothec does not survive this battle...if it ever comes to it and I get my chance I, will kill Lothec myself. This war however I know will take place in the spirit realm as well as the material realm. I shall then destroy what I can for my part, and assist however I may against the dark spirits that will try to destroy us all. Let us hope the situation does not become more complicated than it already is.
I am going to travel to Grobokk, most likely with Shash, as I must travel in the fastest possible way, as time is a precious resource in this battle. I trust that I will be able to convince the army well enough to join in the battle of the sixth dragon god. As I am a direct descendant of Krumbaluk Knukklabrakka, and he has spoken with the shamans already, or so Mae tells me anyways, it should be no real problem to ask them to assist.
I have also left a message within the mage tower at Twill announcing to all members of the house that the House of the Rising Wyverns is involved in this battle, all within the house are asked to assist in the efforts in anyway they can. I am starting to think that perhaps this house is turning into more of an organization more than anything.
I have also decided that I will step down as mayor of Twill and let Propheous lead the town. I will take up the position of defense as Captain of the guard. The papers are written to make this all official, so now I shall end my entry for now, and continue to strategize our campaign in Draco. This is also a battle of wits, so I must plan every move with precision. This battle will be won, and the enemy will lose, it will be that simple I believe. But as I have said, I hope things do not become anymore complicated than they already are...

Introduction
I do suppose I shall begin writing entries in my book, for I have much to record of the past and my role in the WitherFrost wars. Though I have only learned 2 years ago how to properly wield a quill to scribe the spoken word. Much has happened since 4 years ago (at which time I found myself joined up with this group of adventurer's I am currently finding myself with now in fact.), so the question is really, where to begin? Well, how about, the beginning? Indeed sounds good to me, so it is then where I shall begin. This being the year 892 A.F. I shall begin my tales in 888 A.F. when I first arrived, which was the first year I was involved in the war. Now let history be told.
