Yeah, what? [Mar. 29th, 2006|06:12 pm]
Well, after reading other journal entries, I figured I'd make update. I will say I did sellout to the myspace gimmick, and thats probably the main reason for the lack of updates, legit myspace has replaced the live journals in the area, but eh well. I still try to update. Well, I have a long way to go, so heres the matches...

SWN-Clay City, Kentucky-March 4th-I made my debut for Southern Wrestling Network run by Donnie Prater. For those that don't remember him, he was the same guy that a few years ago, ran a legends convention with Sherri Martel, Jim Cornette, Rock N' Roll Express, Road Warrior Hawk, Terry Taylor, Buddy Landel, Larry Zbyszko, Mr. Hughes, Shark Boy, Corporal Robinson, 2 Tuff Tony, Bart Gunn, and a bunch others...course the only ones in the crowd was like, Shane Matthews, Chris Vega and myself, but anyway, he's fn back and running shows again. This show he had Jimmy Yang and Heidenreich. There cool cats. So, back to the show, I wrestled "Superstar" Shane Matthews for the first time (ha, yeah right), and well, we gave them all we had, as we always say. I'm beginning to think when we come out, the crowd is like "Oh damnit, not these two, they never do anything cool!". But, anyway, Shane picked up the win with his second rope neckbreaker.

TWA-Morehead, Kentucky-March 5th-Next day, I made my return to Morehead. I usually have fun coming down there. Its the same town that NCW used to run for there TV tapings, and I used to watch it when it came on over here, hell, it was the only independent promotion with TV. Anyways, I wrestled Justen Idol in what was a pretty good match, it was one of those "call it in the ring" matches that I love to do. Anyways, Justen picked up the "w" after hitting a spinning side walk slam.

PPW-Red Jacket, West Virginia-March 8th-This was night one of a three day loop for PPW, it was also the first time I wrestled for them. Last year, they had some killer shows including Jamie Noble, Chase Stevens, James Storm, Ricky Morton, Tracy Smothers, Chad Collyer, and some local talent as well. Anyway, I went toe to toe with Big Bad John. I actually didn't mind this one, we had the storytelling, even got compliments from Scotty McKeever, who is a tough man to put over. Unfortunately for me, Big Bad John won this match after hitting a flying kneedrop. That's right, a kneedrop. F the haters, it's still a legitimate finisher in my book.

PPW-Lake, West Virginia-March 9th-WOW! Lake, West Virginia. I thought they'd at least have to have a lake for it to be called that. I was once against taking on Big Bad John, hoping to get some revenge on him, but unfortunately, the fn stinkin' hillbilly beat me again!

PPW-Gilbert, West Virginia-March 10th-This was the last stop on the PPW tour, and I wrestled Brian Compton in what I thought was a pretty good match. I like wrestling Brian, maybe I'm partial since I helped break him in, but he's a good hand. He picked up the win after I attempted a backslide, and he backflipped over, scooped my legs and rolled me up for the 1-2-3.

NBW-Huntington, West Virginia-March 18th-I guess after the last match, Brian Compton and myself decided to put our differences aside to form our new tag team called "Parental Advisory". Originally scheduled to take on Smokey C. & The Kyd (formerly X.5), it ended up being Smokey C. & El Bizzaro, due to The Kyd's sickness...thats right, he's fn sick! Demented! Anyways, the match turned out pretty good, finish saw me pin Smokey with a clean small package! Ha!

304 Wrestling-Huntington, West Virginia-March 22nd-Another bar show, unfortunately, it got so sorted out that I ended up just doing a battle royal, but it was cool. The final three way, Brian Compton, myself and The Kyd. After eliminating the little runt from the battle royal, Ace Prime hit the ring with chairs, eliminating us from it. That is a bunch of b.s.

SRW-Glensboro, Kentucky-March 24th-What a morning, went to court and got a $700 fine, and then I ended up in Glensboro on the way home. I tagged with Hot Rod and wrestled "Cowboy" Chris Cartwright & Sigma. Ohhh boy...I don't think I'm going to comment on this match. So, yeah, its over.

TWA-West Liberty, Kentucky-March 25th-A PRISON SHOW!! I love it! I wrestled Cuzzin' Elwood and this was probably the easiest match ever! Elwood rolled me up, and I swear he pulled my tights...

TWA-West Liberty, Kentucky-March 25th-This was the 2nd half of the prison show, which saw Shane Matthews, Eddie Browning and myself vs. Kelly Charles, Shayne Parker & Cuzzin' Elwood. This match was alot of fun, we spent maybe 20 minutes on the floor. Legit, I don't know what I was thinking going nose to nose with the roughest looking inmates on the floor with a line of tape seperating us. But, anyway, the babyfaces picked up that babyface win after hitting a sidewinder on me.

TWA-Morehead, Kentucky-March 26th-Well, I didn't have fun in this match, lets just say, I wrestled Kelly Charles, suffered a broken nose and lost by countout. Yeah.

Anyways, that is all for now, everyone holler back at me and see how I'm doing, whether its thru AIM (JVInsanity213), myspace (jvfninsanity) or even the email (destructive_soul_jv_insanity@hotmail.com)

Time for an update [Feb. 22nd, 2006|05:13 pm]
[Current Mood | good]
[Current Music |"Have You Seen Her"-MC Hammer]

Well, I know I don't update this as often as I should, but oh well, I'll try to make up for it. Anyway, these past two weeks, I've been on vacation from my six night loops with Tracy Smothers and Shane Matthews, which I desperately needed. Don't get me wrong, I love wrestling, and sometimes even the travel, but the travel also kicks your tail at the same time. Driving from Castlewood, Virginia to Buckley, Illinois back to Huntington, West Virginia in a two day span really murders you. Anyways, I'm bringing back my "On The Road" reports, so here it goes (forgive me if I forget some)....

Tuesday-February 7th, 2006-Made the trip to Cincinatti, Ohio for some six man action for Heartland Wrestling Association's TV Taping. It was Tracy Smothers, Shane Matthews and myself vs. Matt Stryker, Nigel McGuinness and Ala Hussein. It was alot of fun being in the ring with these three, and its always a learning experience with Tracy. The finish saw Nigel take my head off with the most hardest hitting lariat I've ever experienced in my life.

Wednesday-February 8th, 2006-This was my debut for Outlaw Wrestling Alliance (yeah, I'm not too big on the name either) in Beckley, West Virginia. As it turned out, I was Elijah O'Malley's mystery partner against the OWA tag team champions Kid Apollo & Kris King in the main event of the evening..what are they thinking? Ha! Anyways, this was my first ever meeting with Kris King, I've tagged with him before, but never wrestled him before. Turned out pretty good, unfortunately, things didn't go in my favor, as Kid Apollo & Kris King picked up the win after the Hart Attack finish!

Saturday-February 11th, 2006-Another debut for NWA Virginia in Castlewood, Virginia. I was involved in a three way dance, unfortunately I couldn't remember the names of the other two. All I know is, I was whipping ass...well, until The Drillers came out and cleaned house. Damn them!

Wednesday-February 15th, 2006-My second week with OWA in Beckley, West Virginia. I wrestled another two guys I haven't had the privelage of being in the ring with, Smokey C (of IWA Mid South KOTDM 2004 fame) and Chris Phoenix in a three way dance. Did I mention my hatred for three ways? Anyways, I tricked that goofy bastard Chris Phoenix two times in a row, and after he hit some north eastern head dropping move, I stole the win! Ha!

Saturday-February 18th, 2006-This was my return after a month long absense from MSW. What a fun weekend, I got Chris Vega to make his return as well. Oh, how I've missed my drinking buddy. Anyways, onto the evening, I was involved in the TV tapings for MSW, as I took on Brent Batten (son of Bart Batten). I enjoyed the mat wrestling we did, not sure how the rest went, but then again I'm very picky. Finish saw the 2nd generation Batten hitting the missle dropkick for the victory.

I'd like to send the following shout outs to-

-Eric Darkstorm, keep representing WV in Da 'Ville!
-Chris Vega, welcome back, how I've missed thee
-Shane Matthews, my best fn friend
-Tracy Smothers, thanks for all the help
-Johnny Blast, the newest master of the text message
-Jack Black, the Burger King destroyer
-Vito Andretti, don't f with this man
-Brian Compton, happy fn birthday

A Fn Update [Feb. 10th, 2006|01:40 am]
[Current Mood | tired]
[Current Music |"Bring The Noise"-Public Enemy]

Well, I figured it was time to give an update. Quite a bit has gone on since I last updated. I started traveling with Tracy Smothers & Shane Matthews, which fn rules because I get to work on 6 shows a week and be around alot of really cool people.

Normally, I review all my matches on here, but I forget when the last one I did one was, so I'm putting that format on hold for a while. I did however get to wrestle a childhood favorite of mine a couple weeks ago in Frankfort, KY, in "Superstar" Bill Dundee. However, he punched my lights out..ha! I also made my debut for Heartland Wrestling Association recently, really cool place. I had some fun tagging with Tracy and Shane wrestling Nigel McGuinness, Matt Stryker & Ala Hussein this past Tuesday. Anyways, I know this is a lame update, I guess I'm not too much into these live journals as I used to be. So, I'll probably see you in another 5 months, lol.

Man, its been too long [Jan. 20th, 2006|11:07 am]
[Current Mood | tired]
[Current Music |"I'm Telling You For the Last Time"-Seinfeld]

Well, its been awhile, but JV F'n Insanity has finally updated his live journal. So, as many might or hell, they might not know, I moved back to my old stomping grounds, West Virginia. Not alot has been going on, oh yeah, I got fired over at AWA Apex, but eh well, could've seen that one coming. Well, not alot to talk about, so I guess I'll sell out and do that first time gimmick everyone is doing these days....

MY FIRST AUTOGRAPH FROM AN INDEPENDENT WRESTLER: I honestly, don't remember going to very many independent shows growing up, but I could be wrong, and I really don't remember getting there autograph.

MY FIRST AUTOGRAPH FROM A WORLD FAMOUS WRESTLER: Larry Zbyszko, during his AWA World title run.

MY FIRST TIME SEEING PRO WRESTLING ON TELEVISION: First time I ever saw wrestling on TV, was when I was five years old, and they showed a flashback of Hulk Hogan beating the Iron Sheik for the WWF heavyweight title.

MY FIRST TIME DOING AN INDEPENDENT SHOW WITH A BIG NAME WRESTLER: In Oak Hill, West Virginia for APW, Shane Matthews, Chris Vega and myself were pulling up to the parking lot, and Ricky Morton was out there getting his stuff together, I just remember helping out and almost dropping his coffee.

MY FIRST TIME MARKING OUT FOR A WRESTLER I DIDNT THINK I WOULD: Chavo F'n Guerrero Sr. This guy f'n rocks! I never really watched him growing up, but I had a few tapes of him on it, and he took a liking to me, and it got to the point where I was looking forward everytime he'd be in the area. Awesome guy!

MY FIRST TIME NOT MARKING OUT FOR A WRESTLER THAT I THOUGHT I WOULD MARK OUT FOR: Jamie Noble. Mainly because aside from Jimmy Valiant, he was the first "name" I ever met before I had my first match, but he was just chillin' like everyone else was, so it was no biggie to me. Very f'n cool guy though.

MY FIRST TRAINING SESSION: As much as I hate to admit this, before I ever went to Jimmy Valiant's Wrestling Camp in Shawsville, VA. I had a brief training session with a couple of goofs, one named Daniel Lynch (aka Lynch Lightning aka Lethal Lynch aka Mr. Cocky aka Steven Daniels aka F'n Goof) and Nathan Waggoner (aka Manson Smiley aka Pyscho Man aka Bloodline aka Pink Fury aka WAG). Now, don't get me wrong, Wag is a cool guy, and I even tagged with him for a while, and I think he's a better wrestler than Lynch, but neither one had any business training anyone, especially with under a year of experience under there belt. But, anyways, the first day of training was basically me taking hiptosses, really sucked, but I guess it was my foot in the door. But, a couple months later, I met Shane Matthews, and we became quick friends, and we started going to Boogie's Wrestling Camp, and that was a much better experience.

MY FIRST WRESTLING SHOW I ATTENDED: AWA at some county fair in Baraboo, Wisconsin. I don't remember all the matches, I know the semi main event was Larry Zbyszko vs. Baron Von Raschke, The Texas Hangmen (Bull Pain under a hood), Mike Enos, Wayne Bloom, and a bunch others was also there.

MY FIRST INDEPENDENT TITLE: This is embarrassing, but in 2002, I wrestled for some outlaw group in Ripley, West Virginia called National Wrestling Orginization (thats right, NWO), and I guess they were a big JV Insanity fan, so instead of me winning a grueling 12 man tournament, they handed me the nWo United States title. By the way, I hate that name for an indy belt, especially when they only run once a month, if that.

MY FIRST ARENA RAT: Eh, kizayfizaybe.

MY FIRST MAGAZINE WRITE UP, INTERNET WRITE UP OR OTHER PUBLICITY: Well, for magazine, it was an APW from Oak Hill, West Virginia result. Not sure on the internet, but I do believe it was a result from an independent show.

MY FIRST MAJOR LOSS: Ha!

MY FIRST SHOT AT MAKING IT AT THE BIG TIME: Well, the only time I could think of, is the We Are Family show promoted by IWA Mid South. It was a quick squash. Got a little pub out of it.

MY FIRST WRESTLING SHOW: Over in Wayne, West Virginia for Daniel Lynch's UPWA (Oh, I didn't mention that this 6 month veteran was ALSO running shows). It was Hollywood Humongous & myself vs. Daniel Lynch & Nightmare. Ugh.

MY FIRST OUT OF STATE WRESTLING SHOW: Well, that would be my first match since I was living in Kentucky at the time. In fact, I don't recall wrestling in Kentucky until my second year in the business.

MY FIRST TIME GETTING REALLY FUCKING LOST: Was booked on one of those Scotty McKeever shows in the middle of nowhere. The town was called Durbin, West Virginia, we got there in the middle of the first match, and we were second. Oh my god, and the next night, we were booked in Greeneville, West Virginia. And I really don't think the town exists, I mean we never made the town, and when I was booked there a year later, I actually turned it down.

Well, thats all in the boring life of JV Insanity!

Well [Dec. 14th, 2005|01:16 pm]
I decided to update my journal for the heck of it. Not alot has been going on. Had one of the weirdes relationships I've ever been apart of, but eh, go figure. Wrestling wise, its been going great, legit life was, it has never been more stressful. But, thats goes with everything. Anyway, I'm currently in West Virginia for the holidays, although I plan on making a short cameo on Friday in Clarksville, Indiana, with that stupid son of a bitch, Brian Compton. Well, until then, this has been your favorite blackballed or maybe less favorite, depending on your persuasion, J.V. F'n Insanity!

Considered this an f'n update! [Nov. 30th, 2005|02:13 am]

[Current Music |"Sympathy For The Devil"-Guns N' Roses]

Well, finally, I decided to update this after a much long awaited well wait. Ha! When your over like me, you get to have the long waiting journal entries. Anyway, hopefully, everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I mark for Thanksgiving because normally I get to wrestle in front of packed houses and get to eat lots of food. Unfortunately, this year, I only got to eat, but heh, take what you get.

Now, normally, I talk about my matches on the road, but lets just put it this way, with the exception of two shows (Dickson, Tennessee and New Albany, Indiana), I've wrestled the same guy in Eric Darkstorm every week. So, I'll give a brief background of the matches. Eric and I (along with Shane Matthews, Chris Vega & Chance Prophet) all pretty much started together, in fact four of the five even trained at Jimmy Valiant's wrestling school together, so we pretty much broke in the business together. Out of my five years in the business, I never really got to wrestle Eric that much, usually a couple times a year, but not much. Well, here lately, Eric and I have wrestled each other consistantly for the first time. Most of our matches remind me of my series with Jason Kincaid, it started off rough, the second match was roughed a bit, but had its moments, but by the third or fourth match, most of the stuff that was rough was smoothed out, and the matches are getting better and better. Sometimes we'll even debut a new move (i.e. "Dead Zone Destroyer"), sometimes we'll have something totally monkey f'n a football bad, but I'm really enjoying our matches.

Now, I was reading up on Kliff Hanger's journal the other day, and I always get a good laugh when reading it, and if you thought I had some controversial journals, well, I think he may have beat me on those, although I know more controversial ones. Anyway, I happened to notice how he mentioned how alot of independent wrestlers lie alot, which is so true. For every "name" or major promotion you've wrestled for, these goofs have done it twenty times better. Anyways, I noticed how Kliff also mentioned "If there is no pics or video, it didn't happen". Now, lets get down to it, I've been on countless shows with "names" and I hate the whole name dropping gimmick, but I'm going to break my own rule for a change, I've been on shows with guys like Tracy Smothers, Ricky Morton, Jimmy Valiant, Buff Bagwell, Shannon Moore, C.W. Anderson, X-Pac, The Barbarian, Raven, Shane Douglas, Chavo Guerrero Sr., Rick Steiner, Steve Corino, Jamie Noble, Rob Conway, Elix Skipper, Ron Killings, Chase Stevens, Robert Gibson, Bobby Eaton, Dennis Condrey, ect. I can go on and on and on and on, but the only one I ever had a picture taken with was Bobby Eaton (just because I'm just a mark for him), but it didn't mean, I didn't meet any of these other guys. I can see where Kliff is going, because I've been on shows with guys that go "Yep, I'm working New Jack next week" or "I'm working Jerry Lawler tomorrow" and you know its not true. You just have to use your best judgement on these statements, but hell, what do I know?

Blackballed more than usual,

This is a quick update..the following is a pic of myself, Jack Black, Shane Matthews & Brian Compton (formerly The Yellow Jacket). Jack and I both like to call it "The Evansville Crew" due to our traveling together every Wednesday. But, let me point out, the man on the left is soley responsible for the termination of the man on the right and the man in the middle. Beware of this trash talking punk!!!!

In case the pic, don't work...here's a link-http://albums.photo.epson.com/j/View?u=4167932&a=31100007&p=73184876&Sequence=0

Another update [Nov. 16th, 2005|01:25 am]
[Current Mood | hungry]
[Current Music |Secrets of The Ring w/ Raven Part 1]

Well, I read alot of journals on this subject, and I'm sure some people are getting tired of it, but one more shouldn't hurt. As many of you know, Eddy Guerrero passed away last Sunday morning. Very sad. He was actually one of the reasons why I started to watch ECW back in the day. I remember watching him vs. Dean Malenko on Nitro one week, and was thinking "Wow, that was f'n awesome.", so I started ordering the old ECW TV's from 1995 just to watch there stuff. I was witnessed to great matches with them, and also Eddy & Taz vs. Dean Malenko & Too Cold Scorpio. He was a great wrestler that I always enjoyed to watch. I never got to meet him, I did spend a weekend with his brother, Chavo Sr. and he spoke very highly of him. Very sad.

Now, onto other things, this past weekend, I wrestled Eric Darkstorm once again for HCW in Somerset, Kentucky. Great stuff, I felt it went alot more smoother than the previous one. Darkstorm ended up picking up the win with the Demon bomb, complete with thumbs up gimmicks haha.

I seem to notice on my last entry, a certain anomynous (sp) poster asked about why his/her favorite wrestler wasn't on my booking list. Well, read the fine print haha. Thats probably some heat, but like I don't have any anyways.

I noticed that a few of my buddies got some press in the "Guide To Independents" book/mag like Shane Matthews, Eric Darkstorm, Billy Maverick, Ryan Johnson, Vito Andretti, Jack Black, Steve Von Erich and even that crazy S.O.B. Great Gamma Singh (gotta love that kid). So, congrats goes out to them.

I noticed that Insane Clown Posse cancelled on the 108 Dragons over in WV..heh, go figure.

Well, I thought I had alot to speak on, but much like wrestling these days, this update sucks. So, until next time this has been Mr. 497....

[Current Music |"Fuck D.R.E."-2 Pac & Twista]

Yeah, I sold out and took Vito's journal entry, but I thought it was f'n cool. Anyways, take into the fact, that just because there is alot of wrestlers, doesn't mean they'd be used on one big cluster-f of a show that we've all become accustomed to in this wonderful gimmick we call independent wrestling. Anyways, here it goes...

-J.V. Insanity's dream roster

Brad Thomas
Chris Vega
Eric Darkstorm
Frank Parker
Jason Kincaid
Joey Morton
John Noble
Jowad Wayne
Scotty McKeever
Shane Matthews
Brian Compton
George South
Tracy Smothers
Bobby Eaton
Chuck Taylor
Ricochet
Sean Roberts
Ty Blade
Chris Michaels
Lonestar
Jack Black
Vito Andretti
Dynamite Derrick
Brandon Blaze
Damien Divine
Chris Blayze
Billy Maverick
Todd Morton
Jammer
T.J. Phillips
Vic The Bruiser

-Other
Charmin Charles (manager)
J-Mac (referee)
Dave Matthews (referee)
Mikey Ashworth (referee)
Nick Maniwa (music guy)
Walter (Ring Announcer)

Well, that is all...I probably left some people off, didn't mean to, then again, maybe I did.

UP F'N DATED! [Nov. 7th, 2005|08:18 pm]
[Current Mood | bored]
[Current Music |"Dogma"-Marilyn Manson]

Well, time for the long awaited weekly updates from J.V. F'n Insanity. Since, nobody else is updating these days. I'll include some of my recent matches, still blacklisted but not as bad. Actually, I think it was this time last year when I was originally getting blacklisted, and this year, I didn't even trash anyone in the journal, go figure.

Speedy recovery shouts go out to "Superstar" or "Sugar" (pending on where we are) Shane Matthews, who is on the outs with a serious concussion right now. But, I'm sure he'll be fine and get better soon.

So, since I don't have a whole lot to report on, lets on with the f'n matches.

Saturday-October 29, 2005-I made the trip to Madison, Indiana for some AWA Supreme action. I wrestled Biff Wellington III, and despite some reports you may read on the internet. I did beat his frat boy ass that night. And it didn't take me that long. Ha!

Saturday-November 5, 2005-Another day in Bluegrass Championship Wrestling in Martin, KY for yours truly. Here I took on Eric Darkstorm instead of my normal Shane Matthews BCW match LOL. Pretty decent sized crowd unfortunately they wanted to be there as much as I did. Darkstorm picked up the win via the rolling kick in the corner. Damn him!

Well, anyways, I lied, thats all the matches I got for this week. But, then again, my journal. So, this is a short update, but its an update.

A little blackballed,

J.V. F'n Insanity

Finally an f'n update! [Nov. 1st, 2005|02:45 pm]
[Current Mood | sick]
[Current Music |"His Eyes"-Pseudo Echo]

I know I use that topic alot but oh well, be happy that you got an update out of me. I originally planned on updating last night, but I was feeling a little under the weather. Anyway, last night, officially marks the five year anniversary of J.V. Insanity in the ring, as I had my first match in Wayne, West Virginia on October 31, 2000. Which, I was supposed to be there tonight, but due to circumstances beyond my control, I was forced to cancel. But, hey if "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan could cancel for the same show (something about him being booked for a ppv..surrre LOL), Mr. 497 can as well.

Normally, I update with a bunch of matches I've had, but being as blacklisted as I am these days, I don't have too many to fill you in on, so I'll mention those later. But, who knows, maybe the bookings will pick up again sooner or later. They usually do. But, then again, do I really want to? I do and I don't. I do because I love wrestling, and I don't because wrestling is getting really bad lately. I might catch alot of heat for this, but half the time these shows consists of guys with no gear, no real training or just no clue. Not that I'm a veteran in any way, but I like to think (even if its only me) that I have little bit of an idea of what I'm doing out there. But, hey, what do I know? I'm just rambling on an online journal that only a select few actually read.

So, that is all for this update. I know, it sucked. I'll try to make a better, controversial update in the next one.

Black F'n Balled more than ever,

Finally an f'n update! [Oct. 20th, 2005|08:13 pm]
[Current Mood | drunk]
[Current Music |Sopranos' theme]

No, your eyes don't decieve you, I actually updated this thing. It's a bout time huh? Anyway, before every decides to commit ultra mega mass suicide on themselves, I'll just do my run down of shows....

Wednesday-September 28, 2005-This was the night of the Eric Acker Memorial show, which in turn, I guess was the final appearance of J.V. Insanity at the Coliseum. No big loss for them, and really I didn't really wanted to go, but then again, nobody actually remains in the same promotion forever. Anyway, this had a crazy gimmick to it where the last three in it would turn into a three way falls count anywhere match. So, after Just John tossed me out, it turned into Lonestar vs. Just John vs. Ty Blade with all kinds of balcony diving craziness. It was fun while it lasted.

Friday-September 30, 2005-Made the trip to Buckhorn, Kentucky for Bluegrass Championship Wrestling. Didn't wrestle but was a manager for the Fat & Furious (Vito Andretti & Jack Black) for there match against The Drillers (Eddie Browning & Colt Steel). It was alot of fun, sporting the F&F with 497 on it. Unfortunately, The Drillers still got the win..damnit!

Saturday-October 1, 2005-Didn't make much of a trip, as I did the hotel gimmick with fellow heel, Brian Compton and a certain legend thriller. Anyway, we all had fun that night, went to the show for some more BCW action in Virgie, Kentucky. This time, I wrestled Shane Matthews in a pretty good match, the S.O.B. picked up the win with his tornado DDT (which spiked me on my head almost worse than Kliff Hanger).

Friday-October 7, 2005-Made another trip to eastern Kentucky over in Chavies for yet another Bluegrass Championship Wrestling event. I was scheduled to wrestle Eugene Waldo for the BCW International title, but legit while I was in the ring, Eugene got uhhh well sick. I don't blame him..I wouldn't want to wrestle me either. So, they send Shane Matthews out for a rematch of our match last week. Shane Matthews picked up this one with a top rope cross body block...damnit.

Saturday-October 8, 2005-Wow! I love the Apple Butter Festival shows in Chapmanville, West Virginia. I might not remember half of what went down, but I know it f'n ruled. I wrestled Psycho earlier in the night, which he picked up the win via the WV finish (schoolboy). But, later on, Team Priq (myself, Shane Matthews, Eric Darkstorm & Brian Compton) took on Team Chapmanville (Danny Ray, Big Daddy Gordy, Psycho & Jowad Wayne). Lots of craziness that I can barely remember due to our unstraightness of the edge, but I do know Brian Compton is gonna have a short career if he keeps taking these back body drops on the floor. Anyways, Team C-Ville picked up the win. F'n great!

Tuesday-October 11, 2005-Wrestled for ol' D. Freddie in Wayne, West Virginia. Name of the promotion this year is Big Time Wrestling. WOW! Anyway, I took part in a battle royal where the final two got a shot at the BTW Tag Team titles, I spent most of the time kicking Brad Thomas' a. But, he ended up tossing me out. Damnit again!

Saturday-October 15, 2005-Made my way down to Inez, Kentucky for BCW action to wrestle....well Shane Matthews again! This was our best match of our little series. Lots of great stuff. He won via floating neckbreaker off the second.

Well, now everyone is caught up to speed on my life..there should've been more matches on there but I'm a no showing bastard. Anyways, back to the Seinfeld randomness...

-me and Darkstorm killing that Crown Royal made the night of OVW tapings worth it
-I so want that Ultimate Warrior DVD so bad
-Congrats to the F& F'n F to there night at the NWA Convention and making it to the AWA World Tag Team Title Tournament
-Eric Steel wanting to retire is so f'n funny
-congrats goes out to Eric Darkstorm for making his OVW debut this past weekend on the house shows against Dean Jablonski and the next night against Jamie Noble.
-I'm wondering whats going down in Glensboro now
-Thanks for the plugs, Kliff Hanger

Well, I vowed not to update until Billy Maverick updated his, and well he did, so time for me to do another update. Not sure if many really missed the updates, but for those that did, maybe it'll be over with them. So, anway, since its been a while, we's gots lots of ground to cover....

Wednesday-September 7, 2005-I apologize if this match descriptions are very brief, but theres only so far my memory can go back. Anyway, on this night, I wrestled "The Baker" Josh Jewell over in Evansville, Indiana for some CCW fun. I enjoyed this match, crowd was into it, course I guess The Baker is over, and I actually felt motivated in this match. The Baker got the win after hitting me with his cookie sheet gimmick.

Friday-September 9, 2005-Rode down to Glensboro, Kentucky for some SRW action here. I ended up wrestling a guy named "The Waterboy" John Ward. Don't know him, you probably won't. It was pretty much a beat down, and for once not on my me. I picked up the win after locking in my full nelson with the legs submission thingy.

Saturday-September 10, 2005-Made my return to HCW in Somerset, KY. I haven't wrestled for this group much, but its usually a show I don't want to miss. Anyway, I wrestled The Prophet. Crowd sucked. I'm beginning to think they don't like wrestling. Anyway, The Prophet got the win after hitting some kinda sidewalk slam on me.

Wednesday-September 14, 2005-Went down to Evansville, Indiana for CCW, to find myself involved in some six man cruiserweight, high flying, ultra quick, fast paced action! It was myself, Death Psi and Billy Junk against Mystic Juvenile, Smoke A & Diddley Dudley. Well, maybe I wasn't involved in any high flying, ultra quick, fast paced stuff, in fact it was more low ground, ultra medium speed, medium paced stuff when I was in there. But hey, thats how I wrestle. I know, I'm no cruiserweight, or at least I'ma fatterweight, but eh well. I actually enjoyed the match, even if I was sick during this match, finish I think was Billy Junk doing a 2nd rope front flipping piledriver to Smoke A. I know, I've expressed my extreme hatred for that move, but wasn't my call, I was on the outside doing some Dory Funk Jr backsplashes to guys with Dudley names.

Friday-September 16, 2005-Now, I'll admit it. I originally hated this match I had with Brian Lawless in SRW. But, after watching it this weekend, it wasn't that bad. I guess I'm too hard on myself. Anyway, the finish was, what was supposed to be a brainbuster, but instead was a regular, f'n vertical suplex. But, hey I guess I can get away with winning matches like that. Ha!

Saturday-September 17, 2005-Well, FINALLY made my return to Madison, Indiana for AWA Supreme. But, in what was an odd situation. I ended up wrestling my fellow stable mate or former stable mate, I don't know anymore, Dynamite Derrick. Crowd hated it, but who cares, I hate them, there not wrestling fans. Anyway, Derrick got the win after hitting the frog splash. Damn him.

Friday-September 23, 2005-Yet, another heel vs. heel match, but this one was alot smoother than the last one. Less clustered, plus we had something at stake. And in my opinion, course this is just my opinion, only time you should have a baby/baby or heel/heel match is, if its for a belt or a shot at a belt or something is at stake. Other than that and just having it just to have one, I think its usually terrible booking (I know, I'll catch heat for that). Anyway, this was for a title shot against the SRW Junior Heavyweight champion J.T. Money, and well, that damn Kid Krazy put one past me, and beat me with his gourdbuster. Damn him too.

J.V.'s random thoughts-

-Secrets of The Ring w/ Jim Cornette f'n rules
-Missing out on bookings a little too much might just end me blackballed again...that aint good.
-Hanging out at Tracy Smothers' place f'n ruled too
-Brian Compton is f'n insane for his moonsault off a concession stand in Tennessee-http://s59.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0EEV3EB1J0H530RGTU53F3G2OE to see the clip (Good luck on the GED, Compton!)
-I'm so marking out for the Lance Russell shoot interview...gotta love memphis
-Eugene doing Jimmy Valiant's trademark dance on Raw, AND Jim Ross making reference to it is definately over!
-I'm just begging to make another trip to Oak Hill, WV one of these days. In fact, any workers wanting to go to Oak Hill, WV drop me a line. PLEEEEASE! For me! LOL
-Exorcism of Emily Rose is an f'n creepy movie...specially with the PG-13 rating.

Welp, that is it for now, hope I'm off the hook for lack of updates.

Blackballd 2 the Bone,

J.V. F'n Insanity

[Sep. 8th, 2005|08:45 pm]
Well, damnit, I had an update written out, and somehow the page disappeared quicker than Dennis Condrey. So, let me sum it up from the week you all missed.

Wednesday-August 24, 2005-Well, I went toe to toe with Big Sweaty Mike in CCW. And I kicked his Big Sweaty Ass. Ok, so what, he beat with some piledriver out of a powerbomb, that aint got shit on the Dory Funk Jr. backsplash.

Friday-August 27, 2005-I was involved in a three way dance with Kevin Star and Brian Lawless in Glensboro, Kentucky for Salt River Wrestling. Talk about an unfair situation, but it saw Kevin Star with the win after hitting a piledriver on yours truly.

Saturday-August 28, 2005-I made another trip to Madison, Indiana for AWA Supreme. Apparently, I was on loan to BDC from O'Dell Enterprises, as myself and "Sweet" William Valentine took on Billy Maverick & Robert Royale. This was the first time I ever wrestled Billy Maverick, and I don't think he'll ever forget it. But, if I was as tough as everyone thinks, me and Sweet Willy would've ended up the victors..hmmm was it my fault after all?

Wednesday-August 31, 2005-Another day, another trip to Evansville. I took on Matt Stevens, not much is known of him, he is currently wrestling for Championship Wrestling out of Kingsport, TN. The match was pretty short, as Hammerjack made his way out, I, for one hit the high road and let Hammerjack do whatever he wanted to Matt.

Saturday-September 3, 2005-Made my return to XMCW in Charleston, West Virginia at the Regatta. I tagged with Brian Compton and took on Devin Davis & Max Rock. Very hot crowd, was very easy, especially when you got good ol' B.C. out there. I even got a "457" chant (more on that later). The finish saw Devin & Max hit the samoan drop/neckbreaker (3 Count's old finish) onto Compton for the win!

I'll comment on last night's Evansville events on a later update since I usually put it together with my other matches during the week.

So, anyways, lets start with my good news, well for me anyways, since I'm a mark for myself (hey, someone has to be). Apparently, I got ranked in the PWI 500 this year. So, for the only JV fans out there here's my bio...

497. JV Insanity (5'10, 190, 5, NL) claims to hail from teh dead zone, but we can't seem to locate that on a map.. insanity was trained by jimmy valiant, a man many would say knows insanity as well as anyone....feuded with jason kincaid, jason lancaster, and scotty mckeever this year... insanity has been competing throughout west virginia, NC, TN, OH, IN, and KY.. tested himself against his strongest competition to date this year, facing jack black (formerly known as mr. black in OVW) and brad batten of the batten twins...finisher is the dizzy spell, a spinning x-factor variation.

So, let me bring this to the public forum to make my journal a little interesting. Apparently, Deacon Furious is not a big JV Insanity fan. But ya know what, I'm not a big Deacon Furious fan. I don't know what I did to piss him off, but quite frankly I don't care. It's f'n drama man. So, before I go, Deacon, eat shit and die.

Not as blackballed but trying,

JV F'n Insanity
