I've realized that I haven't posted here in ages. Its been a busy summer - as I forgot to check to see what my last was about so I'll just write a few random notes.
First - the upcoming plan - for a while at least looks like its going forward...I have a vague idea of what I'll be doing for the next few weeks, months and even sort of years which makes me happy...for upcoming changes - I'm moving back to Vancouver in October to find a job and save some money to go to the UK next year to work and hang out. So if you're looking for me thats where I'll be.
In other news - I'm working on some cool knitting projects and looking forward to Carol-Ann, Jo and Naomi coming this fall.
I've kept busy this summer travelling, knitting, camping, taking pics, working on the garden, extracting honey, helping out with my Gma, Uncle and family and also working. I've worked for TNRG and also with Arjun for the summer and have learnt a lot. More details on that soon.
can't believe we're having another election this fall - seems our governments are more worried about each other than doing anything positive for the country at the moment. Especially in a period where it seems we need many new policies and updates to legislation to become more relevant to today's society but also to help make the world a better place.
thats my rambling for today - i've accomplished making two pot scrubbers, making stew for dinner, applying for four jobs, looking for apartments and catching up with a few friends. yah!

For anyone who reads my blog you might know I'm doing a bit of a job shadowing exercies this summer with Arjun Singh this summer...Today he convinced me to be videoed for his blog and wrote a little blurb. Thanks Arjun! Here is the blog post, and for those of you interested in issues around Kamloops check out the commentary about local issues, city council etc as well as some of the links here...and check out neighbourhood forums an initiative to send neighbourhood specific newsletters to members of the community!! It should be pretty sweet!!

that in some ways i'm sad its over but in others its a bit of a relief because its hard to remember/find something interesting etc and then post pics..however this has lead me to conclude that i want to put more pics in my blog again - a la early scotland - and also that i wish more of my friends read my lj cuz i do post here and then i never hear anything back from it...which kinda makes me sad

Laura got her tat yesterday and it turned out gorgeous...made me want to get mine at the same time too but i have to wait and find some cash and an artist. time to go take bandages off! lol...
well more later...
