its day 7 on the abc diet im planing to only have 200 cals.
plan for today: 5-6pm - bar(90cal) run for 1 hour 7-8pm - bar(90cal) weights total: 180cals
i have night school today (i failed team sports in 9thgrade now im stuck have to go to school 2 days a week for 31/2 hours) night school starts at 6pm-9:30pm we have to do cardio,team sports, book work and weight trainging
