How to Credit Icons
I've noticed that many people do not credit and the majority of those people who don't credit don't know how to. So here's how to, if you already know how then just skip this entry.


For this tutorial I will use this icon of Keira Knightley.

Go to Manage at the top of your livejournal homepage then go to User Pictures.

Assuming you know how to upload icons (seeing as they're already there), you should see the word Keywords: next to the icon along with a word box like this:



In the box you can type in whatever you want. This will allow you to use all of your icons when writing entries instead of just your default one (please don't ask how to do this). Simply type in my username (icon_eyes or serpent_eyes) in the box. You can put made by _________, just the username, a cute little name for your icon then after it my username, it doesn't matter just as long as my username is present in your keywords. Then press Save Settings on the bottom of the page and you are set!



Now, I hope there is less non-credited icons! I will post a link in my userinfo if you need to check this out again.
