Had an interview today for an office manager position at Lather Salon. sounds like it's going to be a better opportunity than i had expected. A second interview will be taking place soon. yay!

so my bitch of an ex-boss is trying to get my unemployment cancelled. i've had to go into the unemployment office to produce my work search records. annoying, but no biggie. I get a letter in the mail stating i had an interview Last week at 11:00 am. i get there about 20 min. early. 11 rolls around, and the asshole who is interviewing me steps up and announces that i'm late, my interview was at 10:30, and he already ruled. WHAT??! i show my letter with the 11:00 time on it. he repeats he already ruled. Today I expect my unemployment check, and instead get a letter stating i have been denied benefits. FUCKER. WATCH me appeal. do NOT fuck with me.

stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. i'm going through it now because....because well, i'm traumatized. or something. been back in therapy, working through it. therapist suggested it because when i descibed to him what i was going through, he thought i would be a perfect candidate for it. it's good to be able to talk with someone, that alone has helped my moods. the EMDR is weird...last time we didn't use eye movement at all, but rather two hand buzzers and headphones. you focus on a disturbing image, process it...refocus, process...it's kind of exhausting and it brings up all sorts of emotion. hopefully it will help to eliminate all these cluttered angry angry feelings about certain people.

my ring is here. it's so beautiful and i love it...but not nearly as much as i love justin.
