Anyway, does anyone think it's cheesy to make themselves a fan page on Facebook? I just started one and I think it will help me when Christmas sales come. I feel not enough of a somebody to have a fan page :-D
I noticed there is also an unoffical Deviant Art app for Facebook that grabs thumbnails from your gallery called My DeviantArt. My only problem with it is the two big obtrusive ads, but I use a Firefox Add-On, so I won't have to see that.

Just throwing up an idea for a self promotional business card. I'm going for an organic, mature-yet-still-young and clean look. Quality will obviously be better for a final version. Any/all comments and critique welcome.

The question: is there any program that can open an EPS format and save it as a more common image format (TIFF, JPG, etc). Thanks!

i silkscreened something today and was curious as to the difference between fabric ink and paper ink. is there a difference and could i get away with using fabric ink to make prints on paper with? also the screen got really splotchie and the image didnt burn all the way. any tips?

I am working on a project in InDesign and at some point I realized that there is an orange hourglass symbol when I am looking at the document in Normal view. Does anyone know what this is?

I was just wondering for those of you who do drypoint printing, what kind of paper do you use?
I'm just starting out with this method after a 4 or 5 year break and I cant remember what kind of paper we used, I'm thinking it was watercolour paper but I have no idea what kind or what weight.

I'm having a hard time on deciding what to do.
Left side: Lots of leaves?
or
Right side: Less leaves?
or
No leaves at all, just white branches?
Oh, and I'm using these mini wooden pieces I bought while I was in Costa Rica.
Any suggestion and your thoughts would definitely be appreciated :) Thank you!

Hi. (: I'm new. I've been lurking around, but I haven't posted yet, so I thought I'd introduce myself. Please yell at me if I'm doing something wrong, I can take it.
I was hoping to get some opinions on something I'm working for for my internship.
( This is what I was given )
Basically, that's what all of us were given. That and the name "Intellectual Night." But nowhere has anyone at the office been told what that means, what this will be used for, or what it should look like. Which is probably why it was dumped on me. XD
( Some rough ideas of mine )
Problem is, is that I think it's too cutesy for something called "Intellectual Night." But I don't know. Since I don't know anything about it.
What do people think when they hear the name "Intellectual Night?"
