Take the Starbucks Challenge!
I'll be posting the unblogged reports from participating challengers here :)
Arjan of Arjan Writes reports about an experience requesting fair trade coffee at a Starbucks in Atlanta, GA:
Hi there,
I walked into the Starbucks store on 21 14th Street in Atlanta, GA (zip 30309) today and asked for a cup of Fair Trade Coffee. The cashier had no idea what I was talking about. She had to call her manager. A cup was not available. The manager explained that Fair Trade coffee is only available at certain days of the week. I could, however, purchase a bag of whole Fair Trade beans.
