Cingular is evil!
Damn Cingular wireless service to the lowest pits of hell!
I've heard and seen other complaints about them, but yikes! They've cheated us out of somewhere between $50-$100! They told us they'd warn us when our expiration date for our prepaid minutes was approaching, and failed to do so! Then they said "Well, we must have warned you, because that's our policy" without producing any record of doing so! We can't even find out how much money they cheated us out of!
Stay away from Cingular!

When it takes over an hour to find out you've been screwed, you want that hour back :-(
New resolution: Warn others about Cingular and donate our old cell phone to charity.
