9:30 am - Same stuff for sale
I posted this entry back in January and didn't get any responses, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to post it again. If you ever read my entries and want to help me out and see something you like on the list of items, please contact me and let me know you want something or possibly pass it on to somebody that would want it. I'm still enjoying Australia at the moment and I won't be able to give it to you until probably July, but depending on how soon you want it, I can probably convince my brother to meet up with you in Chicago or I can bring it with me in Dallas when I get there for a bit in July. Either way, I would love to get rid of this stuff that is in good condition. If you have any ideas of neighborhood garage/yard sales that I could be involved in or possibly some place where I can sell it and make sure people buy it beside ebay, please let me know.

Thanks!

4:44 pm - *click*
So far winter break been pretty nice and laid back. Man, I didn't realize how burned out and behind I was this semester since I've been snoozing a lot and just catching up with people. I still haven't figured out when I'll be leaving for Dallas, but it has to be sometime between January 8th and 15th. There is so much I want to accomplish and I realize that it isn't going to happen due to the fact I'll be so side tracked with Xenogears and hanging out with friends to do much with crafts, art, and reading. Plus I won't be able to see certain people for awhile, so that is a justified reason.

All and all today was a good day. I shot a roll of black and white film today and that felt great. I think the reason I was so stressed in color photo was that I was pushed to do it by a deadline and according to topic. The topic part is usually difficult due to the fact I would have to reshoot and make time for it. Yeah, my semester was that busy with school, work, and club activities. Though looking at my portfolio after the reviews, I'm actually pretty happy with my photographs now. Now I should find a scanner and actually post them up on deviant art... I made an account, but it has NOTHING on it. I will post it up when I do get stuff running and any feedback is welcome. :) Anyways, got a bit to do for the break.

9:44 am - Happy Thanksgiving
Even though it's a holiday my family and I don't quite celebrate, it is a nice break to reflect upon things. Every year so much has happened and I gotta say that I will continue to strive through all the difficulties. I'm pretty thankful for a majority of my friends and I rather go up and thank them in person when I get back. Thank you for those that gave me a smile when I was feeling down.

I can't believe it, but I'll be back in 2.5 weeks! What a long, fast semester it has been. Oo; Anyhow, just updating y'all, my cell phone # has been suspended from further notice. I probably won't get a new number until I get back home. Anyways, eat and rest well everybody. :)

4:44 pm - 4 weeks and counting...
Til I return back to Chicago. I haven't quite had my scheduling figured out, but I think I'll deal with what I have now and worry about the rest later. I can't believe time has flown by so fast and yet it's a subtle change to me too. I still have a lot of photos to print and I don't know if I can scan them before I leave to be posted up on deviantart or just to show in some type of webspace. Thankfully I'll be back to sweet home Chicago soon since I've been missing my Mom's cooking and a good week of catching up on watching/playing/reading things. I'm trying to actually do a couple of things when I get back such as the completion of my darkroom, the need to pick up how to use a sewing machine to get a costume started, and just working on something. Anyways, as far as I know, I don't have a job and I might be looking for some type of seasonal/temp work. Otherwise I'm free when I'm not up to anything. I figured I do a couple of visits to some people and go out for New Years. I'm not going to even bother with a to do list since I generally get nothing done on that list.

11:41 pm - Photography?
So I realize that October is nearly over and I still haven't had a print that I would consider putting my my final portfolio. I feel like I'm going to churn out a lot of work in the future and I was wondering if people were to critique my work, should I bother posting something I feel like that should be reviewed or should I post up whatever I have and get contiuous feedback. Though critiques in classes are tough since I alway realize there is the problem with the photo or the print. Sure, I can shoot good compositions and such, but it's always lighting problems and reshooting some of those shots again. However, it's not possible for me to shoot some of them again since they are once in a life time shots, you know? I'm not doubting being a photographer, just I feel like what my teacher describes me. I'm clumsy, but once I finally get a grasp on something I'll be good. So do you think I should start a devianart page soon?

10:10 pm - Oni Con '06
I'm back from Houston and I gotta say that I'm exhausted. Oni con was good due to the Bleach cosplayers I stayed with. ^-^ Plus I also caught up with a bunch of old faces. Personally, I think I'll end up volunteering more at conventions in the future since even though it's nice to have free time here and there, I prefer volunteer work much more. ^-^ Anyhow, I'm going to catch up on homework and here are to totals of my dealer's room expenses, which aren't bad.

pink petticoat for my next cosplay - $20
3 bleach fortune clip thingies - ~$9.75
a random kirby figurine (it came out as the penguin king -_-;;) - $3

All my other money went to everything else such as room, food, and gas money, which wasn't too bad and I managed to spend less than the intended amount planned. ^-^ Anyhow, I think I'll be a bit more laid back at cons now and I just plan on hanging out with people. It just seems cons aren't the same as it was 4 years ago, but oh well, you have to move along with the times. I hope those who went had a good time with me since i had one with all y'all. Much loves. :)

11:20 pm - Oni-bound
AHHH! AHHH! AHHH! 2 more days until I leave Dallas to go to Houston for Onicon. I'm so psyched and I think it be a very splendid weekend. I bought all that I know that I need and I'm getting a lot of my school work done. ^-^ Woo! Go me. I'm going to need to get all this work done since next week is going to be hell with tests and projects due.

Today I had the best day in the darkroom with prints that I love. I spent like 5 hours, but it was well worth it. I'm still developing a portfolio and what not, but once I have something done and scanned in, I'll create a deviant art account. <3 <3 <3 I love everybody and hope your week is truly special.

11:54 pm - It's October! Oo;
So time flies by pretty fast. Oo; Anyhow, I did create a photobucket account and don't have the time to finish uploading the rest of the pictures from Afest, but at least enjoy what is up. :)

Future plans are sorta fuzzy right now, but I hope to do quite a bit in October. ^-^ Looks like I'll be crashing at another con too. Wee! 1st trip out to Houston. :) I'm rather not focused at the moment... I think school has killed my memory and I apologize if I do repeat myself a lot lately. Yea, I dunno what else to say, but leave a message.

6:20 pm - Labor day weekend
Brief summary of how is went. It went well. I was off campus for 4 days and it was a nice vacation from school work and life. I was volunteering for Anime Fest and things were a lot of things that happened. The best day of the con was probably Saturday when I went to go to a Bleach photo shoot and a Flow concert, and then went to the Rave. The bleach photoshoot was fun, it was even more interesting that all of us were in costume when we witnessed a car accident. There were no serious injuries, but you have to see some of the pictures I took. We'll see about me opening a photo bucket account. Anyhow, I haven't eaten a meal since Friday morning and haven't gotten much sleep, so off to where ever now.

1:17 am - Interesting day
So I shot a lot of photos and did quite a bit today. I got my Rukia costume made! :D I'm happy how it turned out. Also I'm staffing for Anime Fest next week.

Anyhow, I bought a bag of wooden letter blocks, a pikachu bag, a red boa, and a sewing book all for $2.75 at a garage sale. Life is all over the place. I need to sit down and catch up with certain people, but then my schedule only is convienent when people are usually asleep, but I will soon try to call certain people up.

10:46 pm - 4 more days
Before I depart, here is an update. If you happen to miss me before I go, you can always catch me during winter break, but I won't be available very much in the future depending on how plans go. Here is my agenda...

If all goes well, I'll be in Taos, NM next summer for photo. Then this winter, I might go to China. Then the winter after that, I'll be leaving early for Australia. Then the summer of '08 I'll be doing an internship who knows where? Either way, time is passing by really fast and I wish people would call me up about things than being me most of the time. Well, I'll see y'all around when I get back or before I go.

1:12 pm - Less than 9 days away
So everything since I last posted on this journal has become a blur to me. I met a lot of new people on Saturday and my birthday is this upcoming Thursday. I was originally thinking about purchasing the Rebel XT or the 30D, but now I think I'll settle for a simple point and shoot camera since I don't think the digital SLR would be the best thing for me right now. I have so many expenses that I forgot with school and all. Anyways, I gotta eat and get ready to buy a few things before I head back to Texas. Pfft... 9% tax.

10:38 am - Fun weekend so far! :D
So I've been just chilling this weekend. I bought a Escaflowne dvd boxset for like $8 since I had a $30 giftcard. I also met some pretty cool people that gave me pointers and such. I really enjoyed volunteering for the Garden Walk, but it's too bad that I missed out on the architetural tours. I guess I have to show myself around the neighborhood then. I'll probably volunteer there again. Either way, I have to say that I love Chicago and plan on checking this city out more when I get back. My other plan is to check out Dallas too, since there are a lot of interesting things I have yet to see, but I have heard of.

So now I have a few people that say they are going to visit me in Texas now. ^---^ I'll look forward to that. I only had one visitor the entire last year. Well, it's going to be fun. I look forward to all the things that has to come 2nd year of college and I have yet to figure out which digital camera to purchase now since I saw the Rebel XT and it wasn't to my liking, but the 30D was much better. Well, I'll figure it out when that happens. My birthday is around the corner though, I'll be 19 and I don't think the age thing will matter. It's my last year to be a teen and then I hit 20.

Life is good. :)

12:23 pm - Finals week
So I calculated my grades and I think my chances of getting a A in either class is impossible, which is ok with me since my earlier grades doesn't account for my grades that I'm going to recieve now. My best bet in both classes is score as high as I can and try to barely manage a B. Anyways, life is good outside of summer school. It doesn't feel like I'm rushed to hang out with people as much as I can since I'm trying to enjoy my last 3 weeks in Chicago.

I'm not so inclined to spend money either, since I'm saving up money to get a digital camera. :D It's going to be the sexiest purchase in my life. Nothing like holding a Rebel and shooting like mad for social events. ^-^ I haven't heard back about anything for volunteering, so I suppose that I won't be able to do any of those events... Meh, now my schedule is free to do whatever I want. :)

Even though there is heat lately, it's bearable for me since I've dealt with worst in Texas, but that doesn't mean I don't hate it. If people don't know yet, I'm leaving August 9th. So if you want to see me before I go, let me know and I'll manage to schedule you in. (My schedule is going to be pretty flexible after this week) Anyhow, I love how summer is going, it's slow, but rather calm and enjoyable. I won't get a chance to enjoy this once I graduate outside of college.

I miss these dealios, but anyways here is the deal with the remains of my summer. I plan to at least do certain things at least once and I need to play D&D. I miss my pretty orange dice in Texas, but I shall be back with them soon. T-T Anyhow, random festivals, taste, concerts, dancing, movies, hanging out, working, etc. I don't have an official job so my schedule is pretty flexible. My only concern is my summer school, which is going to be over in 3 weeks. Anyhow, I would be here until ... honestly I'm not sure. I plan to get to Texas by August 9th since I want to attend the orientation to meet my mentee on the 10th. So depending on how I'm getting down to Texas, which is by car or plane. It all depends how early I'll be able to go... Anyways, make plans with me and all will be good. Everybody seems to be a bit lazy this summer or just very forgetful so here is a nudge to all you folks.

6:05 pm - sun...
It's blazing today and my robot project is a major pain in the ass. My brain is fried, but the good news is I finally told him about what happened last semester to ask him why he acted the way he did. I didn't realize it, but I really want to talk to him more and more about the matter and can't wait until finals to do so. Anyways, I will update you guys more later...

12:51 pm - Almost March...
I can't believe the time is flying by so fast. I will be back in sweet home Chicago in less than 2 weeks. At the meantime, I have a shitload of work to get done. T__T Between tests and projects, I still have a lot of other things to get done. I haven't decided on a photograph for my paper due in less than 2 months and I have yet to go to the other art musuems. I went to the Modern Musuem of Art in Fortworth though. It was raining that day and I got muddy that morning from helping habitat for the humanity. I've been so very busy and so has everybody has been too.

So in all honestly who will be able to hang out with me March 13th-17th? My break is then and I have no idea what is going to happen on the weekends since the date of my flight isn't settled yet. Anyways, I hope I can figure out exactly what day I will be hanging with people.
