Knee's been rather stiff lately, picked up some heat wraps that seem to help .... though it's kind of weird having this random warmth around my knee. Oh well.
I believe it probably has something to do with the hectic match schedule we've had for Nationals. Now that's Nationals are over ... I suppose it will get better. Still... will make a trip to the doctor to be sure
