last night mouse and i went to target ! my main goal was to try to find cheap shirts to wear to work, because i don't have anything plain or nice. unfortunately, their plus sizes are too big or long, and their xl/xxl are too small or too short. i'm obviously still plus sized, but shirts are a total crapshoot for me. you know what is also a bummer (clothes shopping only)? being fat with no boobs. everything for fat girls is made under the assumption that you have the biggest boobs in the world- my bathing suit has underwire, and one cup spans the width of 1.5 boobs on me !

i tried on this shirt in plus and regular and both were a disaster:



i also almost bought this giant purse, which is actually cute in person, but i couldn't justify it since i just bought that chrome bag. even though i don't actually have a nice grown up purse for work and stuff.



mouse is rearranging his house and had a bunch of cute problems, like not knowing the length of spaghetti to buy a storage container for spaghetti, and not knowing the volume of a box of cereal. i ended up getting exciting stuff like toilet paper, the new orbit gum (FABULOUS FRUITINI, spare yourself, it is DISGUSTING and i'm like #1 gumfan), and a black lace headband.



i didn't really want a lace one but my hair is too SILKY for that slippery satin-y material most headbands are made out of. mouse's joke about it was AmIGothOrMadonna.Com.

tonight i'm going to mike's and we're making thanksgiving ! baked macaroni and cheese, yams (instead of making awesome lime & honey yams, i'm acquiescing and making candied yams, with 2 sticks of butter and 2 cups of sugar ughhh), stuffing, brussels sprouts, and corn ! and saturday mike and mouse and i are seeing batman !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! finally.

i guess ms. unique was taken, but if ms. unique is taken, i think there's a lesson in there somewhere? mike suggested it was ms. eunuch, which actually is kind of unique.
