binclock - binary clock for console with color support
BinClock - Displays system time in binary format. It supports showing the time with seven different colors, and it can run a loop that prints the time every second. The default colors and characters for printing can be changed with a config file.

Binary and Decimal...

Not to disparage the program too much, but I was turned off by its
approach to binary. The clock is binary, but it presents each base ten
digit separately (so 38 is 0011 1000, not 100110). I found the base
ten/base two split an annoyance.
