~Comic Con is already underway for a lot of lucky ducks. (It’s already been reported that JJ Abrams’ “Fringe” wasn’t very well-received at its panel. Spoilers for Fringe
Here’s an offering of SPN merch that’s available. ( This is the thing nightmares are made of )
~Has fans gotten their wish? In the past month or so “fans” have been campaigning against Bryan Singer (and Brandon Routh, for that matter) for the next Superman film. Now Singer is in negotiations to produce "Capeshooters," a superhero project for Warner Bros. “Capeshooters” focuses on a pair of paparazzi videographers whose lives become problematic when they capture footage revealing the dark nature of a popular superhero.
Bryan is only producing, not directing, but it’s been really quiet on the Superman front and his involvement for it, especially in the face of the WB focusing on how they can better utilize their DC characters in future film ventures, as well as just dealing with the comics side and how there’s problems within that organization.
Speaking of Brandon, his episode of “Fear Itself” airs tonight. It costars Shari Appleby, but don’t hold that against the episode.

CBS held a joint TCA party for their TV holdings, which means ( Justin Hartley pics )
~And of course I’ve been loving the new Gale sightings at the ABC TCA party. There isn’t any new info that has been leaked about his character Ken on “Desperate Housewives”, only the new tidbit that he’s an “artsy” type. Can’t wait to see this. ( Two Gale TCA mentions )
~ The first poster for the new Star Trek has ( been released )
~I’ve not had the chance to see “The Dark Knight” yet unlike all the cool kids. If all goes to plan, I’ll be seeing it today or tonight and will finally be able to click the cut-tabs on my flist.

As always SV was ignored in everything but sound. The show was once again nominated for Outstanding Sound Editing for ‘Bizarro’. They’re up against Supernatural’s ‘Jus In Bello’, CSI, ER and Lost’s ‘The Shape Of Things To Come’.
~Eric Kripke gives a kernel of info about S4’s premiere. Nothing new if you’ve been following SPN news, but just in case: spoilery.
~Terminator Salvation trailer is up. I don’t even like the Terminator, but I love Bale and Common. And I'm sure this is going to be another situation where I'm all gung-ho for Common and he has what amounts to five lines. But I'm still there.

Important note for all the Supernatural attendees: Jensen and Jared’s autograph session will be in the WB booth (#4329) on Saturday from 5pm to 6pm. The Sunday 12:30-1:15pm autograph session for SPN will be the producers/writers only. At 1:00 to 1:30pm Jared will be doing the “Friday the 13th” panel.
The full list reads like “The DaVinci Code”, but I listed the ones I think sound interesting. ( The Gaming Community Will Be Empty for 3 Days )

~I saw a final print screening of “Hancock”. After the first test screening it was reported that they went back to do reshoots. The reshoots really improved the film. It’s not as dark as the original cut. It’s a big improvement. Reviews haven’t been too favorable, but it’s a good film. ( With a great cast )

~Young Padawan, Jared is not letting any moss grow under his feet. He did the Dallas con, wrapped “Friday the 13th” and over the weekend was in Australia for another con (where he lost his luggage and had to wear too small underwear. I don’t know why he brought it up, surely there must have been mornings where he grabs Jensen’s underwear by mistake and puts them on.). Here’s a few pics from ( pics from the Con )

~I saw "Wanted" last night. Pretty kick-ass. Ultra violent. I didn't know it was based on a graphic comics by Mark Millar so I wiki'ed the synopsis. I'm surprised there hasn't been a fanboy and fangurl outrage over it because the film differs alot from the comics.
