I saw Tropic Thunder, it was bad. 

There were funny parts but it was bad.

has anyone read New Art City? The one about the New York art scene in the forties and fifties. I got to read the first twenty pages or so at the library the other day and I was pretty enthralled. Hans Holbein and all that.

It was written by Jed Perl who I think is an art critic for the New York Times.

It's just that I am starting to feel sorry for the folks at the Onion.
