I've sat around all day so I think I should get up and clean the bathroom or something, especially seeing as Dave decorated the living room with tree, tinsel and lights. Our blue snowman looks soo cute on the hearth too. He also strung little lights and a bit of tinsel over the picture above the fireplace. There's a lovely red glow now all up the wall. Me, living in a red light district, never, lol.
But tomorrow we have shoppings to do. I HATE food shopping. Someone save me?
Not very Christmassy but wth it's a lush song

Hold Back the Day ~ DevilDriver |
] |
I made the most delicious pizza last night and had countless orgasms whilst eating it. I made the base with seeded bread flour and was having a bit of a wibble over how the dough would turn out. Topped with red pepper, onion, mushrooms, extra strong chedder with a sprinkling of olive oil and oregano...I was in heaven. *dreamy smile* I think I might have to remake tonight...well there's all those peppers and mushrooms to use up, *smirk* And Gale says he wants more too...so I have to keep my lil slash-angel well fed, don't I? Gotta keep his strength up...as well as the obvious...I would be a bad mamma if I didn't, hehe ;)
The back feels well today even if the neck's still a bit iffy here and there. I think the exercise *laffs tits off @ that* of work will do me the world of good. I'm only back for three long shifts and then I'm on holiday from next Monday. I'm not sure how long for as I've not yet got my off-duty for the week after. At least seven days atm = lots of writeage time. :D
Dave phoned Helen yesterday to say we couldn't make it for Sunday night but apparently she didn't have us booked in until Monday evening anyway, lol. So we've asked to stay Monday and Tuesday nights. She has a skiing lesson on the Monday afternoon and said she'd just leave the key on top of the door. OmG...how trusting! Dave immediately said we'd be there before she goes for her lesson as we didn't want her B&B to be broken into with a thief just letting himself in etc. I'm taking her some fruity bread as I'm sure she'd adore it :D *bes excited for next week* All that glorious scenery not to mention the absolutely out of this world indian restaurant The Red Fort *advertises like mad* Last time, Dave got talking to the manager and they were swapping website addresses etc. Yes, their food is that orgasmic! I can't wait now!
If you're reading this imre, I'm almost half way through the short story. The smex is just...um...coming up, hehe ;) Gale is an evOl boi for making me wait so long for the norties! *spanks him* I'm taking my lovely skull and crossbones notebook to Keswick next week so he can whisper in my ear all the smutty details. Methinx he deserves much pizza for that.

Never Leave ~ Seether |
] |
I certainly adore making a rod for my back, don't I? Actually, maybe that would help...
I'm currently trying to re-write lyrics of a song (seven lines in total) so I can include them in a chapter of SC so I remain un-sued. I reckon I've chickened out of leaving them in. I prefer my lack of funds where they are, thank you very much. If I just jiggle them a bit like this ... and like that ... I might have something half way decent to the original. Jeez, I never thought I'd be doing anything like this, lol. They are imperative to the ending of the chapter. Now I'm a bard! *giggles tits off*
Alex isn't as far away as you think, Raith. *smile*

Well, thanks to nojness and spooforbrains who helped out yesterday with my imaginary webcam problem, Gale is in anticipation of teh smex. *woots for Gale* About-fucking-time, he must be thinking, lol! Poor lil boy ;) But he should know that all good things come to those who wait, hehe. In word count, am almost half way there.
But best news yesterday is that Megadeth are at the Academy in February! Knowing my luck, they're already sold out, lol but me would like to get me ears blasted off not to mention having a lil acousticness with A Tout le Monde *sigh* I wonder if Dave allows gropage of his gingerness, *smirk* I just hope their tickets aren't summit ridiculous like £50. I should really look at the site!
*wonders how Papa Roach got into the CD player* Binge is such a great fucking song! I would give it full appreciation but I don't want to hurt anything vital to me going back to work again, lol. Dave has defo interferred with the CD player...there's an annoying vibration coming from somewhere...and I can't work out where! *grrrrr*
Anywhore in much sadness, it seems that needs must and so the Poppy Zs have to go too...along with the vinyl. I've not listed much but it's a start. Hay ho. :(

Far Away ~ Nickelback |

Nickelback voted No 8 on the Most Annoying Songs thingy just on TV about an hour ago. Bloody PAHHHHHHHHHH to that, I say. Chad's also apparently the most ugly bloke in rock! I mean...the man is Jesuzzzzzzzzzzz... I know I don't listen to them much now but this song is just sooo SC. If I could post lyrics to the end of each chapter (like I was doing originally), this song would be the lyrics for the last chapter *le sigh* Yes, he found him and they're together again kinda thing. *tries not to do a spoiler but can't help it*
Go and listen and try not to sob...
*does not apologise for being a complete and utter sap for happy endings*
Hold on to me and never let me go....
Cheeeezburgrrrs all round :D

Fuck, what a beauty of a song. I want to play piano like him! Like anyone, lol.
Come sail your ships around me...
Can you tell I'm pished, lol? *wriggles off*
Now I'm off on a Nick Cave splurge. Reminds me of years ago when Dave J would entice us out of bed on a hangover Sunday morning with a dash of old Nick alongside a cooked breakfast. Mmmm, NC with brown sauce, ;)
Chapter 21 Spoiler: “They helped me die,” I acknowledged. “They helped you to make the decision you’d been avoiding for months.” “That I want to be with you…that I love you,” I whispered, my voice not quite breaking through the gentle rustle of the surrounding foliage. “Yes,” Alex smiled widely, his eyes glistening with tears. “You always knew I felt the same, didn’t you?”
Just one before bed...
*slides off to bed*

Second Chances is now over half way completed! *bounce* I think I had a cute lil word counter once before but then lost it...as is usual for me, lol. Anywhore, I have found one again courtesy of mooching around in marquesate's LJ and then stumbling upon said counter within eroticjames' LJ. Big ups to both of you and here's to not losing my lil blue button again. Now I can see where I am...and where I need to be.

This time, this place, Misused, mistakes, Too long, too late, Who was I to make you wait? Just one chance, Just one breath, Just in case there's just one left. 'Cause you know, You know, you know....
PS: I had to come back and post this cuz it reminds me of Lady of the Cornflowers over at RDB...
Brian came home from the pub late one Friday evening stinking drunk, as he often did, and crept into bed beside his wife who was already asleep.
He gave her a peck on the cheek and fell asleep.
When he awoke he found a strange man standing at the end of his bed wearing a long flowing white robe.
'Who the hell are you?' Demanded Brian, 'and what are you doing in my bedroom?'
The mysterious Man answered 'This isn’t your bedroom, and I’m St Peter.'
Brian was stunned 'You mean I’m dead!!! That can’t be, I have so much to live for, I haven’t said goodbye to my family… you’ve got to send me back Straight away.' St Peter replied 'Yes, you can be reincarnated but there is a catch. We can only send you back as a dog or a hen.' Brian was devastated, but knowing there was a farm not far from his house, he asked to be sent back as a hen. A flash of light later he was covered in feathers and clucking around pecking the ground. 'This ain’t so bad' he thought until he felt this strange feeling welling up inside him. The farmyard rooster strolled over and said 'So you’re the new hen, how are you enjoying your first day here?' 'It’s not so bad' replies Brian, 'but I have this strange feeling inside like I’m about to explode.' 'You’re ovulating' explained the rooster, 'don’t tell me you’ve never laid an egg before.'
'Never' replies Brian 'Well just relax and let it happen.'
And so he did and after a few uncomfortable seconds later, an egg pops out from under his tail. An immense! feeling of relief swept over him and his emotions got the better of him as he experienced motherhood for the first time. When he laid his second egg, the feeling of happiness was overwhelming and he knew that being reincarnated as a hen was the best thing that ever happened to him… ever!!!
The joy kept coming and as he was just about to lay his third egg he felt an enormous smack on the back of his head and heard his wife shouting…...
'Brian, wake up you drunken bastard..... you’ve shit the bed!!!!'
