Layer 1

First of all, I made a new file of 100x90 and than I cropped the picture I wanted to use and resized it so that it would be 100x80. I also colored the backfround F9F9F9. It's very pale but it's there...

Layer 1 copy

I duplicated the l first layer and set it on
screen.

Layer 1 copy 2

I duplicated the first layer again and desatured it. After that, I set it on overlay.

Layer 2

I used a gradient that goes from foreground to transparent. Don't color all the layer, just about half of it... and than set it on lighten. (A7731C)

Texture

I used a texture from 10000_pixels set on Lighten. Texture here.

Result

I just added 3 square with the square brushes (it comes with photoshop...) and I wrote the text (deftone stylus set on crisp, 2pts, av. 200)
