Layer 1

So, I cropped this picture. and than flipped it on the
other side. Don't close the picture, you'll need it later...

Exclusion 1

I added a layer of dark red on a new layer. I set it on
exclusion. (#540E21)

Texture 1

I used this texture from Lisa
at lakicons and set it on Pin Light.

Layer 1 copy

I copy the Layer 1 and set it abover everything so far.
I desature it and set it on Overlay.

Texture 2

Another texture by Lisa at lakicons . I cropped it and added it. Set
on normal. Click here for texture (copped)

Layer 6

I went back to my original picture, resized it and
cropped it. I than added the cropped version to my icon.

Layer 7

Duplicate layer 6, desaturate it and set it on overlay.

Layer 8

I used a brush by miggy and used a square brush and draw
the line on the side.

Exclusion 2

I added a dark blue layer (or purple...) and set it on
exclusion. (#180E21)

Result

I added the text (Light & Day, Coppperglate
Gothic Light set on crisp, 6pts, av 200 / tiny text, Copperglate Gothic
Light set on crisp, 2pts, av 400) and voila! Finished product!
