We're Gonna Be On The Radio!
For the second year, [info]themadblonde has been asked to produce a live radio program about the Winter Solstice and some of its celebrations. She has graciously asked me to join her again to perform a few songs. Here's the scoop:

This Sunday, 12/18, be sure to tune into KFAI Radio, 90.3 FM
(Minneapolis) and 106.7 FM (St. Paul) and online at www.kfai.org ,
from 3-4 PM for "Keeping Yule Green". Host Karen Ellery will be sharing an hour of holiday music and stories and will be discussing the use, history, music, & myths of our favorite winter holiday plants. She will be joined by Kevin Carnahan, a well-loved Twin Cities actor, who will be sharing some of his favorite stories and myths, and by myself, singing some of the many lovely songs from this Solstice season. Enjoy an hour of stories and songs associated with holly, ivy, mistletoe, and evergreen trees.

You can listen to it live at www.kfai.org on Sunday if you wish. If you miss that, they keep the programs archived for 2 weeks on the website. Just find the WAVE project show (Sundays at 3 PM) and you can listen to it at your leisure (within the given 2 weeks). I hope you enjoy it. The script is looking good and I've actually tuned my auto harp already!
