For most of the day, I have had no signal on my cell. I have talked to AT&T tech support and am on the phone with iPhone tech support now.

Apparently, there is some 3G problem (whether local to me or local to the area I am not sure) that takes away your phone signal if 3G is active. I turn 3G off, and I can dial out and receive text messages.

This is not the way I expected to spend my 38th birthday.

I have calls to make to friends and family but am unable to do so. Ideally, this issue gets fixed in the next few minutes.

I really need to calm down and stop jumping to conclusions. Fully read my emails first before replying or placing unnecessary phone calls.

Does anyone using MobileMe know how to get calendar and contacts from the iPhone to their MobileMe account?

vSNAX appears to be the app that is hosing my phone. 2 out of 3 times is does not work during use.

For all you iPhone owners out there, what are your favorite iPhone apps that you have installed?

At the moment, the upgraded iFlix app is great, and I've started using 'White Pages'.

Does anyone know how to put an *avi or *mov file onto the iphone?

I know the file has to be converted (know of any good FREE programs?), but getting the iphone to recognize the file is my biggest issue.

She is becoming more comfortable being here because she sat in my lap purring for 10 minutes. Then the computer came on with its loud fans and she suddenly had to leave. Now she resides behind the couch or near the window behind the curtain.
