I hit Farmstead's cheese and sandwich counter in downtown Providence for lunch. The verdict: cheesemonger's grilled cheese sandwich for the obscenely awesome win. I probably inhaled the thing in like five minutes. +_+;;;;;;

Also, I have made it a lifelong goal to sample every kind of cheese known to mankind!... er, maybe not every kind. I definitely want to spring for a cheese of the month thing at some point. And according to the venerable Mr. Alton Brown, being lactose intolerant is okay since most aged cheeses already have most of their lactose chewed up by microorganisms anyhow. :D~

A med school buddy, regarding finishing intern year: "Ah 2nd year... being ordered around like an intern except without the safety net of not knowing any better when you screw up."
