The Week Is Half Over....

Greetings my friends :)
Sorry I've not been that talkative lately. It's been a rather busy week preparing for tomorrow, so my mind has been mostly on the big day :)
Pictures WILL be posted in the next few days...of our wedding tomorrow and of course, other pix we've been needing to upload so I can go picture post happy again LOL
Something I have to also remember to do in the next couple weeks is renew my paid account here on LJ...unless anyone out there feels like renewing mine as my wedding present LOL J/K
I will be attending the very last Diamondbacks game of 2006 with my pals
juliefm1 and Sandy...yet another event to get pictures at. It'll be sad though because it'll be Luis Gonzalez's LAST game as a Diamondback...those who follow baseball know about this, as it's made headlines like crazy lately. The Padres will be here for the last series and it'll be good to see them again. I like Trevor Hoffman, Khalil Greene, Dave Roberts, Jake Peavy, and Ryanb Klesko a lot and hopefully I'll get to see them all play.Current Location: Computer room at home

Messed-up day
Crazy day at work...my friend Russell & I just about got into it...he was messing with the batch stamp machine's conveyor belt and put the speed up way too high on it...anyway, he got into trouble and luckily my boss knows I had nothing to do with it. Russell likes to show off for us girls...I don't think he'll do that anymore though!
Do I know how to pick the ball players or what? Seems the ones I like are constantly getting hurt :( Craig Counsell just came back from an injury and now Jeff DaVanon is done for the year :'( Jeffy will have surgery on his ankle soon and I wish him the very best with that...poor guy! He does sound optimistic about coming back to the D'Backs in 2007 though :)
Is it me or is this week dragging so far? If it is, it's because there's a holiday coming up Monday LOL Businesses don't want their people off that day so they are wishing for the week to drag LOL J/K
Tomorrow night, Mike will be using my computer for about an hour for his fantasy football live draft so I will be on later.
MySpace pisses me off...my page is screwed up and now I have to redo it...grrrr!!! Hopefully I will get it fixed tomorrow when I have a lot more time and patience!!!

That's one of my favourite sites because of the interaction, meeting other fans of the team, and expressing thoughts, concerns, and opinions on the team, the management, the fans, etc...but also, right now it's one of my least favourite sites. Too much drama, people starting trouble for other people, and just too much conflict in general. What used to be a great place to post has turned into an area of mass chaos and crap and I think maybe I need to refrain from that place for a while.
I am just as much a fan as anyone else and to have people tell me I don't know crap about the sport or to be berated because of my thoughts, opinions, and what players I like or dislike is ludicrous. On the other hand, I have just as much the right to post on there as anyone else and why should I let these fools stop me from doing so?
I've just got a lot of mixed emotions right now and need some outlet to channel everything in, hence my MySpace and my LiveJournal exist. Channeling these emotions via blogging is the best way for me to let it all out constructively and safely and the only thing I am harming is myself, nobody else!
I seriously doubt anyone reads this anyway, same goes for my MySpace. I am just me and I feel like a total outcast anyway no matter what I do.

Friday!
Work went okay, except for the fact that my feet hurt from being on them all day. Ever since we got the new batch stamping machine, Jackiy and I have been working on it nonstop, trying to get used to how it works and what it does.
Had dinner and watched Ron White's comedy dvd, "You Can't Fix Stupid", and then the movie "The Fun With Dick & Jane" (the newer one with Jim Carrey). Both were good, but Ron White, he just makes me ROTFLMAO!!!
Not much else to tell yet. Still no word on the decision about my elbow so I'm sure I'll hear something by Wednesday of next week. Mike and I are looking into getting me a car, hopefully in June. I've already been pre-approved via DriveTime, so we'll see what I end up with...a purple PT perferably or a Ford Escape, if not a Kia.
Sunday's plans are Easter dinner with JoAnne, Charlotte, her friend, and Preston...should be fun :)
That's about it...looks like Philly might walk all over my Rockies tonight too :(
Off to read email, F-List, MySpace before bed...catch y'all at some point tomorrow.
