I bought my bike today! (!!!) I am so excited to ride ride ride. and bike bike bike. In celebration, I also bought spandex capri pants to wear whilst biking! They are cute. I'm wearing them right now I like them so much. Remember when I was 8 and all I owned were spandex pants? I think I am having love-flashbacks.

Alright, and today I had to summon the "if you can laugh at it, you can live with it" powers that be. The only problem was, I wasn't laughing. BUT SOMEDAY, I will. (!!!)

and lastly, I made a new friend today. and I also got an offer for friendship. (But I think he wants more. uh.oh.) (!!!) (wait, do I?) (when do I ever?)


Was 2005 a good year for you?
It certainly had it's ups and downs! more ups though.

What was your favorite moment of the year?
If I had to narrow it down to ONE?! impossible. but in a snapshot? I would say Jess and I sitting outside Woodstocks during the summer, sipping 2$ beers and people watching. AND I had a rare rare rare day off the next day. and also: sitting up at Heaven with 3 of my bestest-ever-friends in the world, smoking cigars and playing the question game, overlooking Palmer, Alaska.

All the heartbreaking rejection moments.

One shockingly stupid thing that still makes me cringe, one subconsciously desperate thing that I didn't even realize I was doing at the time and one less attempt at keeping things together.

That we were friends.

Probably splitting off from Alaska to do my own thing.

What are your plans for 2006?
finance/buy a new car, put together my finances better, pay off credit cards, move to an amazing city.

If you could go back in time to any moment of 2005 and change something, what would it be? I would of tried to do my best instead of... not.
